Our server, Brian, was fabulous! We tried lots of options tonight: the Blue Kani & Hot Popper are always a fav. We also enjoyed the Tidal Wave, Hot Rock, Truffle Salmon, Amazon, Hotel Cali, Spicy Gringo, & South Pacific. Taki Maki is a must try! The sweetness of pineapple is an unexpected surprise, but we all loved it! Our least fav was the Salmon Skin. Our only downfall was ordering so much that we had no room for dessert!

Wonderful experience as usual. Only small issues with food, but nothing even remotely significant enough to share. By far our favorite place to get sushi and drinks. But please bring back the Astral Kisser!

The food and service was wonderful. Our table location wasn’t the best being right next to the waitstaff station being right next to us, but, we were a last minute reservation so I can not really complain. Great sushi!!

Excellent service at the sushi bar with Brandon or Dakota. Everything smoked salmon, itchy seabass, black tuna, primo fire, hot popper and spicy gringo roll was awesome! We love Blue!

Waiter was focused elsewhere. Although drinks and food were amazing, multiple times he appeared to be focused on other task, when present.

I love blue sushi. The Thiller roll is my favorite, I now have a new fave- the Hawaiian roll. I wish they had a better drink selection. But overall I’m satisfied. My roll took at little long this time, not sure why it took so long, but it was made up for by the waitress and manager

Food was awesome! Server was attentive to allergies & asked just to make sure every time! Manager offered to make a dish not on the menu to accommodate us, great service overall!

Great food as usual at Blue Sushi! Blue Kani, Crunchy Blue, Hawaiian Rolls, all delicious. Great service and good vibes. Went there to celebrate my birthday during happy hour with my hubby. Ended with matcha green tea ice cream. Perfect!

Our waitress did an excellent job of helping us choose our rolls. She hit a home run on each one. The restaurant is a little on the loud side, not so much that we couldn’t carry on a conversation with our friends. We will be going back again and again.

From the time of arrival to the end of the reservation the customer service was outstanding! The food was excellent! The sever Christian was very helpful in ordering our meal, also made my birthday very fun and a memorable occasion.. Great! Experience from beginning to end..🥳

There is a reason I or my friends continue to make a reservation here weekly. The food is consistently good, well prepared cocktails, and quick and attentive service. I’ve already made my next reservation to guarantee my spot!

This restaurant is our go to for sushi! The environment is awesome and the service is great. They have sushi for all types of sushi lovers, including myself who will only eat cooked sushi.

Everything was very tasty! Definitely some ambient noise but nothing unbearable. I found the menus difficult to read the text was very small and wearing off in areas. But everything I ordered was delicious and came out very fast- ESPECIALLY the Brussels sprouts! Service was great, Ryan the server was very helpful and friendly.

The food was fine though my salmon skin roll was not. It had very hard things in it, maybe the crispy salmon skin. But, it was unpleasant to eat because it seemed like eating little stones. Two things for management to change. We sat under a air blower and the 4 of us had to wear our outdoor coats because it was so cold in our area. Second, I won’t call it music because it just added to the already noisy restaurant noise. Then every now and then a loud drumbeat started up. Nobody could really hear the music and it just added to the noise clutter from people having to shout to be heard. That can easily be changed by doing away with the useless music noise. We all decided to find another sushi restaurant which was not freezing cold and loud and noisy.

Reservation was held and we were seated quickly. Food was delicious, one of the better sushi restaurants we've had. Slightly pricey, but definitely good. Can be moderately loud.

Blue Sushi has been my favorite sushi place for years! My boyfriend just started trying sushi a few months back and Blue Sushi quickly became his favorite too. We've tried to branch out but we always come back here when we want good quality food and service. Parking can be a hassle, but otherwise it's a wonderful place. Happy Hour is also totally worth it if you can find time to make it!

The food was mediocre, the sushi rolls did not have much flavor. The cucumber salad and calamari were good. The server was hard to catch and barely stopped by our table. Paying our checks was made awkward with not seeing the server and then having him hover the table while we pay. Likely will not be returning

Food is delicious and FRESH. We have tried several rolls and have yet to be disappointed. The itchy seabass, calamari, and charred edamame are always a great start. Service never waivers, they have done a great job to ensure all staff are knowledgeable and attentive. We have celebrated many things there, yesterday being our anniversary and they make it so special! Dakota has been our server the last few times and he goes above and beyond to make your dining experience great. I would absolutely recommend you give them a try!
