Le Blue Seafood Bar propose une fine cuisine méditerranéenne de poissons, de fruits de mer et de tapas, accompagnée de bières artisanales, de cocktails et de vins de boutique pan-méditerranéens, le tout dans un beau décor intimiste. Le restaurant met l'accent sur les poissons et les fruits de mer frais, sauvages ou d'élevages biologiques. Le menu comprend une sélection de petites assiettes, de crudo, de viandes de qualité affinées (comme le jambon ibérique souvent appelé « pata negra ») et se poursuit avec des pizzas cuites au four de briques, des fromages artisanaux et un bar à huîtres qui proviennent tant de la côté est que de la côte ouest.

This place is a gem! The food was so delicious and our server Wendy was attentive and so genuinely nice. The fish and chips are my favorite. We will be back again!

Our server, Gabriela, was amazingly engaged with our dining experience. The chef’s tasting menu provided a wonderful exposure to the range of Mediterranean fare for this restaurant and made me want to return. Closely located to Broadway shows if you need pre theatre dining choices.

We went for drinks and happy hour and then had a seating during dinner. We had two separate waitresses and both provided excellent recommendations on food and beverage pairings. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Excellent! The seafood pizza was perfect as was the seafood squid ink risotto. Everything on the menu looked appealing. Our server was fantastic..full of personality and helped make the meal more enjoyable. Will definitely return

Ahhh where to start… very friendly staff. They know the menu and make great suggestions. We had Gabriella as our server and she was great. Always smiling, ready to grab additional drinks, great menu suggestions. Great energy! We had the large seafood tower, multiple glasses of sparkling wine and margaritas and lastly, a hot seafood medley. I didn’t use the menu so I’m not sure what the last dish was but it was delicious. This is going to be one of my spots when I want to go off the beaten path a bit and nosh some seafood tower on my own or with a friend.

Great location for pre-theatre meal. Food was good but we did have to add salt to mussels but I would rather have to salt my own food than to have it arrive over seasoned with salt! Wait staff were very good! Really loud but that’s common in tight NYC eateries. All in all I would recommend and likely go back next time in the city.

Salad and risotto were small and we felt that they were overpriced. Mixed grilled seafood for 2 was fairly priced and delicious. The risotto was blend while the seafood served with it was well prepared. Overall we felt that the meal was good. The waitstaff, in spite of it being very busy, were attentive and prompt

The lady from the sea is my favorite cocktail. The food is so delicious. I frequent this restaurant quite often the muscles in white wine sauce with olive oil are so very delicious!😋 We had the three course pre fix dinner- salmon, salad and desert. Reasonably priced and delicious!

Pleasant bar with good happy hour prices, especially the delicious $2 oysters from Long Island Sound. Dinner was excellent as well — seafood risotto for me, spaghetti vongole for my partner. Service was outstanding both at the bar and in the restaurant — professional, prompt, and friendly.

Dressing on beet salad was mostly sugar. Way too sweet. Needed acid. The Portuguese bacolao aka salt cod was like fish pot pie. Too many ingredients and not enough fish. Best thing I ate was the bread. My friend had the tuna, which came out gray and overcooked with too much spice. Overall good service, well decorated, lively bar. Won’t return.

The food here is never less than excellent and memorable. Service could not be better. My only complaints are regarding the tables: 1) the tables are waaaaay too close together, making private conversation virtually impossible, and 2) the tables are so small that there never seems to be room for more than water & wine glasses and one plate. I try to go when the restaurant is less likely to be crowded, but it seems that the place always fills up. And if you're next to a table of loud and obnoxious bachelorettes (we we were last night)--or worse, a family with small children)-- a wonderful meal is ruined and we rush to get out.

Service was great our server and host were wonderful. The busser was nice and professional as well. Unfortunately the food was terrible. The tuna tartare and the crudo did not taste fresh and were very bitter. The rest of the food was no good either. I would come back for drinks and snacks because the ambiance is nice.

Our party grew from 2 to 4 unexpectedly and the hostess was able to accommodate our request for a larger party. Service was pleasant, helpful with selections. Price was very reasonable. Delicious food, charming ambience, good service…great dining experience.
