Been eating here since it opened. They have recently changed the menu. The social hour no longer contains the chicken wings or beer. These two things are what people go there for at social hour. The fried rice was discontinued a few months ago. Very pricey. If you go there for anything other than sushi, go somewhere else. They destroyed the menu. .

Always an amazing experience at Blue Ribbon Red Rock. We enjoyed our spicy tuna crispy rice, smash burger, Sushi-Sashimi Combination platter, and finally my favorite Ginger bread pudding w caramel sauce. Our server was great, attentive, and friendly. A+++

Food was good however the order came out wrong, food was forgotten and 2 meals came out 10 minutes before the other 2 meals- maybe we just got them on an off day..

Always love this place. Service and food are excellent. It’s a great neighborhood spot, easy in and out but the food and atmosphere makes you feel like you’re on vacation.

Our server was Myka and she was phenomenal. We came for the happy hour and had a great time. The cocktails are outstanding the sushi has a great variety and we tried a bit of everything. Great ambiance, fantastic service. I definitely recommend 12/10.

This was our second time there and it was a good as the first. We had the OMAKASE dinner and it was an elegant presentation with a wide variety of items. One portion was enough for the two of us. Service was excellent--the servers were attentive and knew the menu well. The decor is basic, in the Japanese style. When we were there the noise level was low, a rarity in restaurants today, but several of the big tables were empty so the low noise may have been an anomaly. It is relatively expensive for a sushi restaurant, but the quality is high.

We love this restaurant! We come every time we’re in town . Our husbands love sushi and we love a good burger, so it all works out. Every person who works here greets you with a smile or a hello. Management should be proud of this staff. It is a pleasure to come here. Food is fantastic. Always top notch!

This is the first time I have been here since the menu change. Quality of food is still excellent, however the portions are SUPER SMALL and the prices have gone up....again. For 1 tiger roll, and tea and tip almost 40.00 dollars! I am not sure I will go back. The place was pretty quiet for a 6:00pm dinner, and the waitress really didn't want to bother with a I person table.

Always a delightful dining experience coming to Blue Ribbon at Red Rock Casino. Staff is all super friendly and accomidating. Food is fresh and delish! As always the Fried Chicken did not disappoint. Thank you!

Our family loves this restaurant! The taste, freshness & the presentation of the food is outstanding! Service is always top-notch. We enjoy sitting in their large booths. The backs are high which helps to drown out extra noise and makes it easier to have a conversation.

Update to my past review… I thank George, Adam, Stan and the rest of the staff for not only reading my review, but also going above and beyond to make sure our dinners were fantastic from beginning to end. The new menu has been served with care and perfection. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to seeing you all soon. Thank you all again and a big thank you from Jessie too.

Absolutely amazing! Our son picked this place for his 21st and for this special occasion and we were not disappointed. Our waiter, Mario K, was the perfect partner for our culinary journey....he made great recommendations and his demeanor was very inviting and informative. We had many different shared appetizers, many different beverages, delicious entrees and a mochi ice cream platter with paired beverages. We don't normally do restaurants in casinos, but we will be coming back to this one.

Terrific sushi! This was our first time here. Had the edamame, tiger roll, Niji roll and California roll. They were all fresh and delicious. Presentation of the sushi was lovely too.

I usually have a good time there. But this time it wasn’t great. There was a new menu. Portion were tiny. Yes, I know Japanese restaurants aren’t known for large portions, but I had a roll and an entrée and went home after to grab something to eat. I usually like to stay under $100 per person. And there may have been a management or ownership change because four or five workers were hovering around the table trying to take my plate. I usually don’t want my plate pulled until everyone else finishes their entrée. It made me mad I I had to bark at a point because they wouldn’t stop when I asked nicely. They wouldn’t give me a booth like I usually request every time I go. They were all empty but still they insisted on me taking a table. So yeah, the place sucked on a Saturday night. Won’t be returning on that date. I live in Las Vegas and we have limitless choices.

Our severe was great. My friend and I haven’t seen each other in a while, and our server read the room well and saw when we needed our time to chat and catch up before placing any orders. Much appreciated! The food tasted just as good as it looked. Great cuts of fish. Yummy and excited to return. Just a little pricey but great quality nonetheless.
