I always have an amazing experience at Blue Ribbon Sushi. Today I took advantage of their Restaurant Week menu which was four courses for $60. Admittedly the items offered weren’t at the top of my list as they have so many amazing dishes on their menu but it was a great value. I’ll definitely be dining there again.

The food was excellent. The value is good as it relates to the price . Service was excellent, and if we had a minor issue it was taken care of in a very. Quick manor. Alll in all we would definitely go back again1

We absolutely love Blue Ribbon. Their sushi will ruin your life as its the best and freshest sushi in all of Vegas and you won't want to go anywhere else for it. The staff there is incredible, super friendly and the main reason we keep going back.

We ate at the location at Green Valley a week earlier and everything was so fresh and tasty. A friend wanted to try it out at Red Rock so we went. The food, the taste and presentation were NOT the same or anywhere close to Green Valley. The Blue Ribbon fried chicken which is supposed to be one of their specialties was terrible at red rock location. Barely any paprika which is the star of the seasoning and the chicken at red rock was every day store bought chicken breasts filled with preservatives and plumping additives. The chicken at green valley was organic and fresh, moist, no fat and the best tasting chicken. The manager claims they use the same food distributor and that might be, but clearly Red Rock takes the cheap route and Green Valley does not. For the food prices, Red Rock should be serving the best possible high grade proteins. Otherwise, why go to Red Rock to have everyday fried chicken breasts when I could go to Popeyes for less and better tasting. I was so in the mood for that paprika chicken and Red Rock let me down.

Disappointed. Ordered Pepsi. We were served a diluted Pepsi. Apparently they ran out of “pepsi syrup”.

ALL of the people @ Blue Ribbon are AMAZING, Mark the manager, Jennifer and Mika servers who are so pleasant and interesting and friendly, and the other staff we don't know by name, it's the BEST@

Had the deluxe sashimi platter. Always fresh and beautifully presented. Service was attentive yet non-intrusive.

Sushi and collar and short ribs were great. For the price, the potions are very small. Server was very nice but the service was very slow.
