Good is good but pricey. Service wasn’t great for the price you paid. Ambience is super good.

First time visiting Blue Ribbon Sushi at GVR. Sushi was excellent. Also, the fried chicken was recommended to us as a signature dish - it was very good as well. The oxtail and bone marrow fried rice was the bomb. Service was great. Will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The sushi was delicious and the staff was attentive. My son has a gluten allergy and our waiter took great care of, ensuring no cross contamination. Will definitely be back!

It’s our first time at this location. Quite similar to the Red Rock location, with a very nice ambience. Service and food were pretty good. Our server was very helpful. The lobster with miso butter was amazing. The tiger roll was great. We got the sushi deluxe and opted for the California roll with blue crab. I love blue crab but this one tasted like an ordinary crab. A couple of the nigiris were not the best cut but the rest were great. Anyway, dessert was a sweet end to the night. We will be back and looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

We ordered the “omakase” chef special For $125 per person…..,,Although the food was very good ,it was very expensive and not enough food for the money.

We tried the Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken and Oxtail and Bone Marrow Fried Rice. It was $ 34 and $ 36 respectively. The chicken was nicely battered but and fried. Nothing memorable about it except that it cost $ 34 for 6 small pieces of chicken. The Bone Marrow fried rice was unique and tasted ok but again the serving was very small. I do not intend to come back. I believe there are more reasonable options.

It was pleasant but overpriced. 2 beers, edamame, and a small sushi platter (10 pieces and a spicy tuna roll) ran nearly $100 with tax and tip.
