Blue Ribbon Brasserie is built on the vision that originated over 30 years ago in New York City's SoHo at the legendary original Blue Ribbon, well known as the restaurant "where chefs go to eat." Blue Ribbon is also famously ready to serve here in Boston!

The space is highlighted by a 70-foot white Carrera marble bar, an oyster bar, and a 16-seat private dining room. The soaring interior has been designed as a collection of intimate dining spaces featuring cozy leather banquettes, shaded table lamps and bistro tables, and a light-filled solarium with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out into the neighborhood and beckon inside the Boston community and visitors alike.

The temperatures of the food were varying and towards the end of our dining experience our waitress came to our table very infrequently. Some of the food lacked seasoning while other food was seasoned nicely.

What a fantastic new option for the Fenway/Kenmore area. Delicious food, great ambiance, and terrific service. We'll go there every time we are headed to a game or a concert!

My food was served cold. Coffee was watery. Service was slow. Very below average for a a blue ribbon restaurant. Expectations were higher. Been to blue ribbon elsewhere and much better

Nice refreshed spot. Service was prompt and friendly, food was yummy and delivered promptly.

We were in for a late lunch/early dinner prior to graduation at BU. The restaurant was mostly empty, with only one or two other families dining. Our server was nice, but our drinks took over 25 minutes to come from the bar. We did not order appetizers, only entrees, and the food took over 45 minutes to come out. We had to rush through our meal once the food finally came, after asking several times. The food was ok, nothing memorable. The kids enjoyed their fried chicken. My BLT was underwhelming, as the bacon was very fatty and undercooked. We were left without time for dessert.

Tough to provide this review since we had a lovely dinner a few months ago but lunch on Sunday was below expectations in every way. Medium burger was deeply well done, lobster roll consisted of filler, mayonnaise and very little else, duck club was smothered in mayo and had three thick sliced pieces of bread that overwhelmed the sandwich. Service was very slow, although servers were pleasant.

It took a very long time to receive our cocktails (and the place had several open tables and even seats at the bar—the rush was over when we arrived). Luckily, we were in no hurry. Both my friend and I had the roast chicken which was delicious; then we discovered that the breast meat was red and undercooked. To their credit, the server and the manager satisfactorily remedied the problem. I will return and recommend this brasserie.

My wife and I had a wonderful night out at the Blue Ribbon Brasserie. It’s a great spot for a really good dinner if you’re in the Fenway, Landsdowne area.
