We waited an hour for our food. This is the second time in a row we’ve gone on a Sunday and had to wait even though the restaurant wasn’t full.

The food was ok … took almost an hour to get though. Breakfast usually does not have a long wait time. The place was not full of customers either. There were many front end servers. Our waitress didn’t come to check on us or let us know the kitchen staff was shorthanded until she brought the bill. I understand that it is hard to find good staff. If we are told upfront that it might take a little longer due to short staff, we wouldn’t have minded. Communication!

This is a special little place. The food is fun/fancy and terrible for you (do not come here on a calorie restrictive diet). The atmosphere is fun-kitschy and gets more fun the more mimosas you drink. My favorite is Huckleberry Mint. It's loud so if you have a someone who is Unilaterally Deaf or HH they'll hate it. Servers are great but the kitchen can be slow so prepare to dine and enjoy and don't be in a rush.

Being a holiday, I understand it's busy. However we made a reservation and was sit in the back corner at a table big enough for 2. I had to ask the manager to sit us at a table that was big enough. Then saw a couple sitting at a huge table. It took about an hour to get food

Super cute Brunchette! Food was pretty good, but unfortunately the service was not great. We had a reservation and still waited over an hour for food. Server wasn’t too concerned with our needs.

While we enjoy the food at this establishment, it appears we could have had faster service if we ordered Door Dash from our table. Silly, but true. They had so many door dash orders coming in to be filled that those of us eating in the restaurant were put on the back burner. The restaurant was a tad under 50% full and from the time we ordered our food, it took over an hour to show up to our table. Our server was apologetic about all of the door dash orders, but it seems the restaurant needs to get a handle on how to prioritize their dine-in patrons.

Good food but our service was extremely slow thus very difficult with two young children who were hungry. Waited almost 15 min for a server to even come to our table and say hi. Then when they asked if we were ready to order, I had to ask if there was a kids menu. She said yes and went and got them then walked off. Assumed we weren’t ready to order I guess? Frustrating. I didn’t get a chance to ask any questions. Kids menu was very overpriced too! I typically pay no more than $8 on average at fine restaurants so to see it over $10 was shocking. I ended up ordering an adult entree for them to split at $15. Better deal. It’s was also insanely loud in there! And noise typically does not bother me. Perhaps Sunday brunch is NOT the best time to go? Not sure, this was my first time going.

Food took about an hour to get to us and there were only 2 of us. Staff apologized numerous times though. Food is mediocre and portions are way too large.

We arrived for our reservation at 11:15 and were not sat until 11:45. We waited over an hour for our food. We weren’t able to leave the restaurant until 1:30. Our server was apologetic and shared with us that the kitchen was short staffed and all tables were waiting for their food. Knowing this about the kitchen, it would be recommended to close the right half of the restaurant, to prevent the kitchen from falling behind and feeling overwhelmed to accommodate that many guests. It would have been nice if our server comped one of our meals as well.

We waited over an hour for our food, and had no communication from our server about what was going on. She barely returned to the table to refresh drinks. People who got seated after us were getting their food within 20 minutes. Really bad service this time. I’ve been here before but don’t know if I will return.

I love eating here. I got the sweet potato bowl this time, and it was good but there was too much mashed sweet potatos and it overpowered the plate. I LOVE the coffee options!

First time taking my friend there, I talked to her about how wonderful everything was on my first trip she was excited to go very impressive menu the ambience. The hostesses were very delightful, professional go in the extra distance. The service for the waitress was not impressive. It was not even something I would expect at IHOP not overly friendly. She did answer questions on the menu but nothing as far as the other service that I observed there or had my first time Would expect this from a black bear diner or a Denny’s service. I will still come again, but if I get the same server, I would ask for a new server we asked for boxes we had to wait extra time for them. My friend had to ask for a refill on coffee , just not intuitive. Maybe she was having a bad day we all do but not the service I would expect from there.

We made a reservation for 8 people and they sat us at a table for 6 and did nothing to move or accommodate the reservation booked when it was mentioned so party of our party did not sit with us due to there being no room. The waitress told us they don’t have a big enough space for 8? Which if that is the case they shouldn’t let you book for 8 people. They also have a side room and didn’t offer that option to us to accommodate although it was empty. On top of this, the service was sub par. We won’t be going again with a large party, if at all.

I meant to mention that it was kinda loud in the restaurant. They could use a new ceiling set up to counteract the noise. Other than that excellent place to dine.!

I’ve heard raves about this place but it’s always been around the adult beverages, which I did try a friends and it was good. The menu choices were slim and one of the group didn’t like their meal. I also felt like the menu was a little over priced and the service was okay - I had to ask for a water refill, my daughters juice that was supposed to come with her kids meal, napkins… I give it a 3 out of 5!

Everyone loved their meal! (I have complained in the past that the House Club was undercooked as the meat was cold and the bread was still white/not toasted.) But my last few visits - the Club was perfectly cooked as the meat was warm and the bread was nicely toasted. Really do love this place!

We absolutely love Blue Bench and go often! Unfortunately this was the worst experience we’ve had! We made our reservation for 10:30 am and did not receive our food until 12, and when we did get our food. The Benedict that was order had raw eggs served on it and it made it so we were unable to eat that dish.
