Although our party of 5 had lunch reservations for 1:30 Easter Sunday, we arrived to a closed restaurant.You would think if the restaurant was not busy or just decided to close that they would have extended a simple courtesy of calling me to explain that our reservation would not be supported. Fortunately I live close to the location and didn’t battle traffic to arrive; still disappointing.

I understand the other reviews about the slow service. That could use some work. However, I think it is because they are short-staffed. Then environment is very nice and honestly probably one of the best blackened grouper sandwiches I’ve had. Our server Vincente was awesome. He was very fast with drinks. I would definitely go back again.

This is a nice spot but we made a reservation for 11 and they were not prepared. They had one staff for the entire place. It’s was too much for one person. The price for food and the amount you get was not worth it. I got the grouper sandwich and the fish was about a 1/4 of the bun. I was disappointed.

One waiter who also bussed. He was great and friendly. Hilton should be ashamed to overwork staff and cause guests to wait

Booked a reservation for dinner based upon the OpenTable menu. Didn’t say it was inside a hotel. The menu presented had dinner entree items. When we arrived, we got a lunch menu. Waitress could’ve cared less. Said would ask ‘manager’ who never showed. Asked again when bill was presented. Assistant appeared. Whoopsie. That menu was changed a week or so ago. You saw the wrong menu. No. You posted the wrong menu. So offered a discount. So we got the lame appetizer charcuterie board that came after my dates wine was consumed for free. Happy Valentines Day to us. Still looking for my legitimate Valentines Day dinner entree.

Nice atmosphere as it’s a new restaurant in hotel but service was terrible. Didn’t have simple drinks ordered. Feel bad for staff only one person covering wide area.

Service was a little slow, but the place was beautiful and it was a little loud because it was New Year’s and there was a softball baseball tournament going on so there is a bunch of kids around

We waited 3.5 hours for cold food and to be told everything was sold out 2 hours after we ordered it.

Mediocre food that is way over priced, especially for the quality. Long wait times. Server was great. Bunch of loud guys screaming at a football game on TV just ruined any kind of enjoyment of the evening

The food was excellent..no bread or drinks or dessert included in Christmas dinner price Open table said it opened at 11:00..WRONG..opened at 5:00..you’d better check hours if using them for reservations

Short staffed. Out of items. Took three hours to eat. They only had two chefs. Never saw a manager to apologize. Overpaid for the meals forbwhat they were. Some food was undercooked. Our poor waitress was stressed out and apologetic.

Could not find this place. The address mapped to a large parking lot on multiple apps. We found out later that this restaurant is within a hotel (would be helpful to know). Otherwise no opinion of the food or service. I tried to reach out to Open Table but there are very few ways to contact someone. Thanks

We had a good experience for the most part. Service was a little slow abs lacking knowledge regarding the menu. We had requested an appetizer with feta on the side because my husband does not like that cheese. It came smothered in feta even after my husband told the server he didn’t like it. The server said well there isn’t any inside of the meatballs. So it is on the side. If it touched your food it isn’t on the side and I do not exaggerate when I tell you it was covered. He did offer to have it remade but my his was so annoyed based on the conversation prior to placing the order. Main course was ok. My husband enjoyed his curry. My pork chop was a little tough but edible. It was over garnished with micro-greens that covered the sauce, sweet potato purée and Brussel sprouts. A little pricey and a beautiful atmosphere. Not sure if we would come back. Will have to weigh it out verses other options in the area.
