Born in 2019 in Montreal, the Bloom concept has been based on the union of the love of sushi and the desire to safeguard ocean biodiversity. Under the leadership of chef Christian Ventura, Bloom has become a household name across the Atlantic with a wide range of both vegan and traditional customers. Creative and very well presented. Two-thirds of the menu was delicious. Unfortunately we felt the rest didn’t work due to mismatched ingredients.

Super restaurant ! Les sushis étaient délicieux et le personnel super gentil. Ils se sont trompés de commande sur notre table (on ne s’en était même pas rendu compte !) et ils nous ont gentiment offert les sushis servis par mégarde avant de nous servir le bon plat. Je recommande sur tous les aspects :)

Nourriture et cadre excellent. Un peu déçue du service. Après avoir commandé des entrées et des plats (à 7 personnes) et prêts à commander les desserts, les serveurs nous disent d’un ton énervé que d’habitude les gens commandent plusieurs plats… Mise à part ça, je recommande !

The sushi was amazing and so fresh. The Popeye was and Mr. Crunch were particularly good. We were shocked when we got out bill, the price was amazing for the quality and how much we ordered. We sat outside, which was lovely, but the interiors were very beautiful.

Le menu découverte (Duo) est incroyable. Le cocktail Kawaï également ! Les plats sont délicieux ET surprenants. Une très très bonne adresse.
