Outstanding food in fabulous retro-styled restaurant. We were a party of five friends from Sydney and every one of us thought the food, service and wine list at Blaq were fabulous. Lovely cosy fires, not too noisy, parking at the door. We will definitely be back.

Quite a surprise given the location. Cheerful and helpful wait staff served fabulous dishes. Well worth a visit!

It was the most beautiful and cosy atmosphere, with such a beautiful and well thought out menu! Everything was so delicious and fresh! The staff and service was amazing! Will definitely be back time and time again!

On the positive side, the quality of the ingredients was good and the service was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, the food, despite being well cooked, was bland and not memorable. It was also very noisy detracting from the ambience.

Food was outstanding. It was a quiet Birthday lunch with a couple of friends, one of whom had dietary restrictions. Staff were pleasant and accommodating with the Menu.

The new chef is superb! We were all extremely impressed with the new trial menu & his willingness to accommodate dietary requirements. Go Myles (Miles?). Brilliant job. Great service from the wait staff too. It was a big birthday bash & all the guests were impressed. This venue always looks after us, but the new chef has taken it to the next level. Cannot wait to go back!

Disappointed that lamb was not on menu. Steak was overdone (not medium rare) Other mains not memorable

We had an absolutely amazing time at Blaq, the service was amazing from the moment we walked through the doors and the food couldn't possibly have been better. Thankyou to everyone at blaq for making our special night even better.
