Our service was the worst I have ever seen. It took 15 minutes to have someone come to our table, appetizer came out without plates, food was cooked wrong and then just removed the items rather than recooking, server was rolling silverware after I asked for the check. My food was good but the food quality was not consistent across all plates. The elote looked completely different on my plate versus my son’s and husband’s. Will 100% never go back which is unfortunate because we had enjoyed it the first time we went.

My 1st time at the establishment. Food is fresh, well seasoned. The staff is great! The drinks are just right. I’m not a drinker 😂

The food is delicious as always. This is my fav restaurant but the service is always terrible. The one in AZ is 100x better. I met some work friends here and they were like this place sucks, because of the service. The last 3 times it has been so bad I likely won’t try to come again.

We always love our food at Blanco, but the service has never been great. Generally seem disorganized at the host stand. The waitress walked by our table several times without acknowledging us. If you take my drink order right away there's a good chance I'll order a second drink, but she was slow to come for our order, and then never asked if I wanted another even after my glass was empty. It's very loud inside, and was over air conditioned as well. We'll be back for the patio in the summer, but there are too many other options to come here often.

Our server was not attentive. We repeatedly had to ask for more mater and salsa and chips. We had to wait a long time before we saw her to ask for our bill. We always order the queso dip for an appetizer. There was hardly any queso dip in the bowl. We were very disappointed. Fajitas ( steak and chicken) were very good.

This was our first time visiting Blanco Covina and it was a good experience. Our server Juan was very attentive and helpful. Service was great. Food was great ,ambience was great. We Will definitely come again.

First timer here. Went there on a Sunday for brunch with a friend and our server Juan was super friendly and helpful in recommending food an drinks. I ordered the machaca bowl and my friend had tacos, both were amazing. The margaritas were perfect, we had to get a second round. I will definitely return.
