Blanco Castelar is located in Emilio Castelar 163, in the iconic Casa Domit. The restaurant opened its doors in June 2017 and since then it has managed to become one of the best restaurants in Polanco. Combining the architectural beauty with art and culture, this restaurant is one of the hotspots of the area.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Our proposal has a range of possibilities: from classic cocktails to signature cocktails, where no matter what you drink the quality and detail are noticeable.

Las últimas veces que he ido, no traen el pan, nunca, y esta vez tampoco la alcachofa de cortesía, con la comida no trajeron los cubiertos de servir,con el café, no había el digestivo y tardaron en avisar que no lo tenían. Mal el servicio las últimas veces que hemos ido👎🏻👎🏻

Perfect for our family dinner of 7. The bread was out of this world. Duck ravioli and the shaved octopus were highlights.

Una excelente experiencia. Todo perfecto desde la recepción. Alimentos y bebidas muy recomendables; ambiente extraordinario en la terraza y un inmejorable servicio. Posterior a nuestra comida nos mostraron los salones para eventos privados, Una casona en Polanco imperdible!!!

Gran velada! Servicio A1 por parte de Jesús y Gabriel, acompañado de excelentes recomendaciones de platillos. La croquetas con un clásico, pero el como sashimi de pulpo estuvo espectacular. Todo lo pedimos al centro y fue ideal, prueben los camarones, pescado a la sal y el filete ;) y no dejen de pedir el postre sugerencia 3 leches con frutos rojos o fondant de cajeta. Lovely!!!

The food was excellent. We enjoyed all our dishes. However, the service tainted our experience. I was disappointed by the drinks as they were surprisingly weak for such a fancy restaurant of this price point. I sent back the drink and asked them to make it stronger. When they brought the second one it was exactly the same as the first. At that point I decided to order a shot of mezcal and add it to the drink myself…. Trying to order the shot was a nightmare. We had to ask almost 3 times and it took over 30 minutes to get it. By then I had finished the drink and had to order another one. My husband and his friend also had to wait ridiculously long for 2 beers… The restaurant also serves dinner at the bar upstairs but they tried to give you a small paper napkin from the bar… again I had to ask 3x to please give me a proper dinner napkin. This should be a given if you are serving a full dinner menu even at the lounge. The icing on the cake was when the waiter gave himself a 20% tip when we specifically said 15%.

Del precio que tienen señalado en open table,los platillos están como 30%mas caro,y pedimos unos pescados que no estaban muy buenos,buena atención pero lentos,creo que no lo pondría dentro de mis favoritos. Porfavor actualicen sus menús
