Embark on a culinary adventure unlike any other at BLACKOUT, a fascinating dining experience just off the Las Vegas Strip. Sitting in total darkness, your sense of taste and smell are completely heightened as you feast on a plant-based, multi-course, mystery meal of wonderful specialties.

Upon arrival at BLACKOUT, you're greeted by the friendly and entertaining staff. Next, you're led into the pitch-black dining room where your meal can begin. Taste and touch your way through a delicious lunch or dinner, one dish at a time.

At the end of your meal, the staff escorts you back to the lobby. Head back out into Vegas happy that you've had a truly unique sensory experience that you won't soon forget.

The Blackout dining experience is $89.95/per guest and includes admission and a seven course prix-fixe dinner.

For a culinary adventure like no other, treat yourself to BLACKOUT "Dining in the Dark", an innovative dining experience off the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy a multi-course dinner in total darkness and allow your sense of taste, touch, sound and smell to heighten. You will experience great food and dinner conversation like never before, all while you taste and touch your way through your 7-course dinner, one plate at a time. Dinner is $89.95 per guest and alcoholic drinks are available a la carte. Due to limited seating, we require a deposit of $20.00 per guest when booking this reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation in order to have your deposit refunded.

Definitely reccomend blackout. It was a great date night for me and my boyfriend to share plates of food and try to figure out what everything was together. Regan our waiter was great .She literally helped us find our table and helped us navigate through our meal. After we ate, we had a chance to look at the menu and see if we guessed any of our courses correctly.we had a couple , but were completely surprised to find out some of them.The dessert was absolutely delicious. Plenty if food that you felt satisfied and was worth the money. I am vegan but my boyfriend is not and he also loved it and felt satisflied at the end.The only 2 things we would've hoped were different was the use of impossible meat in the main course (we'd like it all home made ) and we would've like to see what the plates of food looked like after. Maybe they could have a picture of each course so we could also get the visual after reavealing the menu. Overall though,highly reccomend.

Came with friends from Montana and were very hesitant to try something so new and different, but the experience surpassed any expectations or reservations we felt. Food was phenomenal, our waitress was quick, friendly, funny and so personable. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun…We are frequent Vegas visitors and have done many adventures and dining experiences - this was by far the best place we have been to. So happy with the entire experience, can’t wait to come back again!

You don’t get to see the menu or even prices: they are very secretive with that. When asked to see the menu, I felt it was a huge issue when it states on the website if you ask, you can see it. My server was very nice and had an upbeat go to attitude. He even made me a mock tail to my liking and I was very appreciative; it was so good. Your eyes do get adjusted and your other senses began to kick in more. Food wise it wasn’t the greatest; 6/10. It’s a multi course meal, price was reasonable. I think you’re really paying for the experience more than anything. I did not like all of the courses, was told repeatedly well it’s plant based it’s going to taste a little different. That was not it, I’ve been vegan for 6 years, I simply did not like it. And I shouldn’t have been made to feel like it was me, wasn’t being open minded. Again been vegan for years, didn’t care for all of it. Everyone has different palates, likes, dislikes, etc don’t just go in the assumption I’ve never had plant based food. I went solo, late birthday gift to myself, it was a different experience overall, glad I tried it.

I will be telling all that I speak to that this is experience that you need to experience!!! I was amazed at just how dark it was which caused me to loose all sense of sight. This caused me to start relying on my other senses. First my hearing became sharper and I started attempting to pick out all of the different voices I could. I tried to count and estimated that they were about 50 people there. I then started trying to pick up on different smells which became very hightened as well as touch because I was unable to use utensils and had to touch and feel all my plate and its contents. Our waitress Brie did an absolutely fantastic job by describing in great detail that she was placing a square plate in front of us with divots in the plate and what they contained. Then she would describe that the next item was a bowl with a spoon in it …….. Her description added to the lack of sight and you had to rely on her description and visualize what was on your plate. We were visiting for our birthday and had a fantastic experience. Thank you to a great staff!!!!

It makes for a great experience and a great date. It's great if you deal with social anxiety. It was filling and tasted great but it was overpriced for vegetarian. That being said I'm still down to go back. The staff was super polite and attentive. Overall it was a great experience. Try it!

This was truly immersive experience to where to you can’t see your own hand in front of your face. The noise level you would think is quiet, however with all of your other senses expanded during the dinner you learn to tune out all of the conversations around you when your server is talking. The food was ABSOLUTELY amazing. The only thing I wish they would’ve done is told me at the beginning you shouldn’t finish every dish of the 7+ course dinner. I got topped off full by course 4 when I could’ve just eaten a little bit of everything! Like I said the food was quite amazing, and trying to taste every element to determine what it is was an amazing experience. Foods that with fool you over and over again. You find out at the end of the night and trust me you’ll be blown away. I would highly recommend doing this. Best date night we’ve had in a while. The servers are so funny and inviting, the ambiance is relaxing and uplifting, and the food is remarkably tasty. We will go again.

$300 including tip and deposit that dose not go towards the bill for two people (each had one cocktail). The first thing you should know is this restaurant is completely vegan and the restaurant keeps this fact a secret from you till the end. The menu is prefixed and they don't tell you what you are eating. The dining room is completely black so you have no visual of what you are eating. 4/7 of the dishes we ate tasted good 1/7 of the dishes we ate tasted amazing 2/7 of the dishes we ate where not ediable Both my guest and I are stuck in bed with severe stomach pain as well other unpleasant symptoms caused by eating at this restaurant. We missed an event we had tickets too become we are incapable of leaving our hotel room. The experience of the pitch black room is an amazing concept but at this point it feels more like a trick than an experience. If you have to trick your guest into eating your food I suggest trying a new menu.

I don’t write a lot of reviews… but this one is very much needed. The actual experience of dining in pitch black was AMAZING. Fantastic concept and really good execution. You focus on the senses (besides sight) for the food and the company. It was so unique. The food on the other hand? Not good. Please, please fix the menu. They make one mention of “plant-based” menu on their site. We missed that part. So we were surprised by a “vegan” menu. It was not great. First course and last was good. The rest were bland, veggie-heavy, small portion foods. If they JUST had anything involving yummy pasta, or asian, or Mexican, or anything. Felt like there was some agenda to prove vegan food is tasty. No. No it is not.

This place is phenomenal! I enjoyed every course of the meal. It was a one of a kind experience eating in pitch black darkness and using only your other senses to determine what you are eating. Your eyes can lie to you. We see things and immediately say I don’t eat that, but taking sight away you get to experience the dish without any preconceived notions. My server Joshua was the absolutely best and made the experience even more fun! I will definitely come again when the menu changes.

This experience is great! It is really fun! The food was delicious and eating in the dark was a great time. Our server was wonderful! it was really busy, but they did a good job and never waited very long for each course. This is a great date night!

Very fun experience and well executed. I’ve done this before at another place and it was different. I like how Blackout does the seven courses but doesn’t say what you’re getting until the end of the meal. The courses were a little heavy and rich but all the food was excellent. I would love if they had a wine pairing option.

It’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had ever! The food is absolutely delicious with great contrast of texture and flavor combinations. The pitch dark experience allows people to immerse into the fantastic tasting without visual perceptions, or distractions, which requires higher culinary skills to achieve that as people usually eat by eyes first! It’s a must stop at Vegas and should be known to many more people for them to truly enjoy foods in a most unique way! And guess what, that’s a big revealer in the end which is most surprising and that would elevate this experience to an even higher level! I don’t want to reveal the movie ending and you have to try for yourself to discover that!

Chris was a great friendly waiter but the service took 1.75 hours and we not only waited a long time between courses for 2 people, we almost missed our show start. We would have liked to have had more time to look at the menu- but we were already late. Wine quality could be better.

We loved the food, wait staff and ambiance. The table next to us was loud, drunk and poorly behaved and made it so we could hardly have a conversation at our own table. The last time I was there, it was very quiet. So, we just had a bad luck of the draw as to who we were seated next to.

The was a late Christmas gift to my boyfriend and we had an amazing time! Our server Joshua was awesome and made the experience that much better. The food was great and it was such a fun time we will definitely be back!

I'll start off with saying this was way out of my comfort zone and I am so happy I did it. I am the fussiest eater and I definitely eat with my eyes with needing to see what I am actually eating so this was different for me! Our server was Chris and he was just the best, we were a table of 7 and everyone enjoyed his service and we laughed a lot. He guided us to our seats and explained everything to us. It was a 7 course meal, I won't give away what any of it was but I enjoyed 6 of 7. Overall such an amazing experience. I highly recommend. I would love to know what the restaurant looks like with the lights on. It felt very small (because it's dark) but I'm sure it is pretty spacious. Thank you to the BLACKOUT team for making our experience a memorable and fun evening.

The experience and staff are great. If only the food was as good. Im a vegan and The food was awful. I enjoy vegan food but this was mostly inedible.
