                                                      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Booked Online Hours In Advance, Planned The Entire Night Around Our Reservation. Greeted Poorly. Then We Were Told We Were Unable To Bowl Due To A Private Party. No Courtesy Call To Inform Us. Was Verbally Attacked By Desiree And This Was Not The First Time. Do Not Recommend Bowling Here!

                                                      To be fair, I cannot say how the value or ambience rated because the Blackhawk did not honor the OpenTable reservation and offered no apologies.

                                                      I don’t think they serve food. That is provided in other areas of the hotel. 4 of the 6 bowling lanes were mechanically down. Short staffed with a lot of waiting. Amanda was very attentive when able.

                                                      Everything was great except half the lanes were out of order/not working. Bartenders were super nice and friendly and drinks were delicious. I would definitely go back if they fixed the issues with the lanes.

                                                      Blackhawk bowl is a great place to be. I wish I could give it more stars because the staff is extremely nice and friendly. The drink selection is quite good too. My review is purely based on the bowling lanes. If you actually care about bowling do not go here. There is not a drop of oil on the lanes. If you throw the ball with any amount of spin it will go directly into the gutter because it just catches dry spots.
