Great location to AAC. Food and service good but the music is way too loud. We couldn’t even carry on conversation due to the music volume and other customers trying to talk over music.

Food is pretty bland, nothing special about it. Their menu is small and boring. The only good thing about this place is how close it is to the arena. The one in Vegas is way better in food quality and overall experience

Ordered a couple burgers l with fries - skimpy portion or fries and burger was just ok. Bun was soggy and falling apart by the last few bites. We had the birthday cake shake and Cinnamon shake. Nothing special there. Favorite part of the visit for us was the music they played.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The chicken tenders appetizer was so goo we got 2. Thee potato fries was enough for 3 people. The Wagyu burger was DELICIOUS and it was cooked perfectly. One minor gripe. I like honey and butter with my sweet potato fries. That was not offered. But even with out it the fries were delicious. Highly recommended. I will be back. And they VALIDATE!

The burgers were very good (and very big!). a great place to visit before game - not too loud but fun atmosphere. our waiter was very friendly and attentive. there seems to be a good group helping each other although Managers seems to deliver food and walk around but raced off too quick to get waters refilled or engage with patrons. Next time we will have to try a shake - they looked yummy.

Very good food and giant over the top milkshakes right by AAC. We stopped here before the Stars games. Highly recommend making a reservation. They were quoting an hour wait and we were seated immediately. Our server was outstanding and we got our food quickly. Burgers and shakes are a bit pricey, but at least they are good and I would have spent the money on overpriced snacks at the arena anyway. I had the Texas burger and a specialty Cabury shake that included a full sized candy bar and ice cream bar. Most nights, I think I'd choose a burger OR a shake, but if you have someone helping out, you could do both. It's definitely somewhere we'll come back to.

This was the second visit for me, my two brothers-in-law and one of my nephews. We liked it so much the first time we had to come back, and we were not disappointed. Food, drinks, and service were all excellent. We will definitely be making trip number three, hopefully soon!

Black Tap is known for their gourmet burgers and, this having been our first visit, we were not disappointed in the least. Prior to a Stars game (reservation recommended), the four of us selected different menu items, and we were all very pleased with our meal. So much that we didn't have room for the fantastic shakes that were walked past our table. Our waiter was great, but the service was a bit slow. I blame that on it being a busy time of day and possible short staffing. Even with the pre-game dinner crowd, the noise level was tolerable. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit and we'll be back. Hopefully, with room for a shake dessert!

Amazing service from our waitress Diamond!!! We ordered the BT Hot Chicken sandwich and the Mexican Hot Wings with a side of Sweet Potatoes fries, everything was perfect and delicious

It was very crowded which I expected. Very loud inside. Had to yell to talk. Got our appetizer before I even had water. Appetizer was the brussels sprouts. Didn't think they were cooked that well. Tasted ok. Had ordered a cocktail, but way after receiving the appetizer and finally the water informed they didn't have the mix for the drink. Was halfway through the meal before receiving the substituted cocktail. The wagyu burger ordered medium seemed a bit dry and tough. I expect this grade of beef to be juicy and falling apart. Otherwise the burger was ok. Fries were good. A bit underwhelmed for the price point.

My son and I went to Black Tap before a Mavericks game. Atmosphere was lively (noisy, but you could still talk), music selection was good, and food and service was excellent. If you're in the area, stop by and enjoy!

The TX Burger was really good and so were the onion rings. The Brussel sprouts were delicious. The loaded French fries were beyond. And the ice cream treat was amazing. We recommend.

This was our second time at the Dallas Black Tap, which we had also previously visited in Las Vegas. We tried the Cuban Frita and the Black Truffle burgers, which were excellent. Recommend upgrading to onion rings or sweet potato fries. The fries were good and hot, but nothing to write home about. Staff was awesome!

Went to celebrate a birthday, and the birthday girl had to send her food back as they messed up her order. Overall, the experience and the food were okay.

The Black Tap - Dallas is a gem near the AAC. The burgers were all cooked to perfection with amazing flavors. The fries and onion rings were first class. Our server was great and the speed of service was perfect. The overall experience rates all 5s.

Staff was amazing. It was our first time there so we had questions. They answered all our questions and were very attentive. Food was outstanding. We loved the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back to try a crazy shake.

We were greeted and seated almost immediately. We ordered and food and crazy shakes were brought very quickly. Me and my daughter really enjoyed it. Food and shakes were great.

I have never been inclined to write a review until I went here for dinner. Incredibly quick to bring out food, impossibly delicious, quite literally the best food I’ve ever eaten. Go here!

The food was really good and the service was QUICK. The vibes and the ambiance were very nostalgic. In addition, our waitress was a doll and helped up decide in a shake. The infamous shake was really good and not at all overly sweet like I anticipated. It was worth the trip and the experience.
