Had the beautiful Mushroom and shallot Arancini for entrees, for mains I had filling amd very tasty lamb shank, my husband had the steak with tempura vegetables, chat potatoes with mushrooms and bone marrow puree, such a great combination. The service was amazing as always, was nice to experience their dinner menu.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere of the place was beautiful, and there was plenty of space, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

It was a lovely experience. Food was delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It was a peaceful evening. I would recommend this cafe.

Black Elk Carnes Hill provided a superb dining experience. The eggplant parmigiana was exceptional, and the linguine with prawns was delectable. The wine selection was amazing, and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the meal. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to Black Elk. I had heard good things about it and was not disappointed. I had the pancakes for breakfast and the dish both looked and tasted amazing. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

We are loyal customers to black elk and we have been coming for breakfast for years. We thought after countless breakfasts we thought we would try the new dinner experience. We ordered the Eggplant parmigiana, Grilled chicken, Grilled barramundi, Angus beef burger and the Ferrero Rocher hotcake. We were not left disappointed at all. It was very well presented and tasted as great as it looked! We also would like to shout out the workers. They always give off a great vibe and always have a smile on their faces. They now recognise us when we walk in. We found that the portion sizes were a little bit smaller than what we thought it was going to be and we thought that dimming the lights would give a more intimate dinning experience. Of course we had to end the night with black elks one of a kind coffee. I will forever recommend the black elk coffee as it is honestly beautiful. Thank you for all the amazing food. Overall we loved our experience as per usual and we are happy to see black elk turning into such a versatile cafe/restaurant.

Outstanding service as always. Black Elk knows us well and pays attention to what a family with twins and a large pram needs. Great value and good food. What else could you ask for?

Black Elk never ever disappoints. Booking ahead is highly recommended as it’s such a popular space. Olivia and Anita’s service today was 5 star. They give you just enough time to check the menu before coming to take your order. We ordered take away for my wife who was at home and they made sure it was freshly made but without delay. It is on the louder side when it’s busy so if conversation is your primary objective, head somewhere else. For me it’s all about the delicious food, quality service and value for money which is why I give it a 9.5/10. Thank you yet again, Black Elk!
