    Prime rib was delicious the bread was good. Our server was efficient and informative. The shrimp was good and had a nice price. We’re definitely coming back 😁🤙🏽

    Our night started off great. Our waiter was fun and energetic. He took our order, brought our drinks and bread all in a timely matter. We were all excited about our dinner because we were there for my daughters birthday and she likes to go there and chooses it every year. We ordered (3) campfire feasts because there was 6 of us. We ordered one shrimp cocktail which came out fairly fast (one) of the shrimp tasted off so we ate the rest except that one. Our two other appetizers were taking so long our main dishes came out before the Wagon Wheeler Sampler and cheesy bread. But our main dish was not hot and the brussels sprouts which i had to pay extra for were tough, we sent back three of our Prime Ribs, the other three just ate there's. Our two appetizers finally came out but by then we were all so over it. I barley ate my food and asked for containers, to-go Au jus and just ordered our desserts. Our desserts took long so I just told our waiter I wanted the check and forget the desserts. He was nice enough to pack the desserts for us but we still had to wait for the check. I was trying to pull up my Campfire Feast coupons and he said he could do better than that. He gave us 15% off, which we were thankful for. However, we are not rich by any means and to go out to dinner at a place like this is a treat for us. With all the upgrades to our meals (prime rib, butter, brussels sprouts, 16oz ribeye, loaded baked potato) and tip we spent $300 and was SO DISAPPOINTED. Needless to say my daughter said maybe next year we try some place else. We did not want to complain to the manager because we kept thinking it may get better, but it didn't and we were so over it and just wanted to leave.

    The food took long to come and when it came it was all cold. So grosssssss cold steak, mash and veggies all cold. 👎👎

    Our food took long and looked nothing like how it is pictured. Also our waiter although very nice, seemed rushed even though it was not very busy. Usually I’m pleased with our experience there though this time was ok. Will be back though not anytime soon.

    Dinner for four was ok. Service was good, friendly and efficient. The food was a little disappointing. We started with the zucchini appetizer which was way over done. Hard, burnt, and black on the edges. We should have sent it back. 3 prime rib dinners ordered medium-rare were actually very rare when served. One had to be sent back. It was re-served medium-well. My salmon dinner was pretty good. All in all I think the food quality has decreased since our last visit. However it was still an enjoyable experience due to the friendly service.

    It took an hour for our food to get to our table. We were a party of 6 however we only ordered 4 dishes total. We ordered no appetizer, just entrees. Our server was very sincere but the efficiency of the kitchen could have been better. Also, I requested some steak sauce with our server and after our server forgot, I decided to get up and ask for help. Each time I came close to any other server to ask, they would just continue on their way as if I was being avoided on purpose. I made my way almost into the kitchen until someone finally asked me if I needed help with anything. I really wanted to like this place but an hour + of waiting for only 4 entrees (kids sliders, prime rib, Cobb salad and half rack ribs) was a sadly more than anyone could handle. I still can’t understand how I approached 4 different servers only to be passed over. I’m a pretty chill, forgiving, laid back customer because I understand the rigors of the restaurant industry so this was just a sad unfortunate experience.

    Food was okay, nothing to write home about. The bread was so overheated/microwaved that it was like cardboard. Brussels Sprouts were a tad undercooked. Wedge salad and asparagus were good. Baked potatoes were good. Steak was good, but on the tough side. Cowboy cookie was amazing! Service was pleasant, but VERY slow. Our meal took almost 2 hours.
