Thanks to the Coravin System, we now have the freedom to pour a single glass of wine from any bottle without opening it. This system protects the wine from oxidation using Coravin's proprietary technology, which leaves the cork in place while the wine is poured. The space is beautiful inside and the chairs Archie table were very comfortable. We were seated right away and our servers were very attentive throughout the meal. The food was good but nothing was quite at the price level that you’re paying. Comparable restaurants at the same price point offer better quality steaks in both cut and preparation. Both steaks were slightly over done but we didn’t mention it. My wife asked for 2 of their sauces but one was simply forgotten about and the other was bland. Same case with the drinks my wife and I both a their B&B Manhattan and they were just a tick below the mark. After dinner I had a double espresso that was watery and was not served with any kind of sugar or even a spoon. Overall it wasn’t bad just not worth the price.

I don’t mind paying high prices, but I go in with high expectations. It was just OK. Little things like …..not giving us a serving spoon for one of the appetizers, and it took a while to flag server down so that we could get one. My friends fish was dry. I asked if they had herbal tea, and they said yes, but when they brought the box for me to select from, there was only black and green tea available.

From the moment we walked through the door, the service and attention to detail was terrific. Thankfully, that high level of expectation was easily met with a delicious meal and appetizers. Anthony did a great job and took care of us very attentively we will return.

Alex the manager and Albert the waiter are treasures. We eat out every week and had never been here before... it's not a cheap restaurant but it's rare I spend a lot on dinner and leave feeling it was worth every penny, but not so here. I love love love the food. And my wife is picky and she loved it too. There was a small issue with our food but they stepped up and made it right and then some. We will be back for sure, Black and Blue is our new favorite place! Food is amazing, drinks are great, service is next level and I left with a full belly and feeling it was worth every penny. Thank you Alex and Albert. If you haven't tried this place what are you waiting for? Life is all about experiences and this is the most memorable experience we've had in 2+ years. We done! Can't wait to come back...you earned a repeat customer! See you next weekend :)

Hands down, my favorite restaurant. Food always cooked perfectly. The server recommended the New York strip with black truffle butter which I paired with wild mushrooms cooked in tarragon and shallots. Absolutely fantastic. They had every dessert my daughter and I love! Creme brulee' AND chocolate bomb cake! It's become a family favorite.
