Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Overall was great , but with reservation I still waited around 10 minutes to take a seat .

Vanessa was great. Her personality was wonderful. She brought refills without being asked. Food came out hot and on time. Everything tasted good.

We would like to try a strawberry lemonade first and it wasn't available then order a Pepsi and also didn't have Pepsi, I ask for a box to go and the waitress didn't offer me a bag. Tortilla soup was delicious.

Our entire recent experience at B.J.'s Woodland Hills was excellent. Leo, our server was attentive and anticipating of our needs. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, and my porkchop was flavorful and tender--possibly the best I've ever had, which is saying a lot.

Great service — seated immediately, even though we arrived before reservation time. Servers were helpful and friendly. Food was as good as I remembered it to be there. Parking was free — no annoying valet. Negative: too many TVs — we counted 9 visible from our table!

Started off when we got there and they said there would be 20-25 minute wait and that an Open Table reservation was not actually a reservation, but just got us on the wait list when we arrived. Got the same story from a manager who said they don't take reservations (?). Then, both my mother and mother-in-law ordered the prime rib rare. After a considerable wait, My mother-in-law's came out rare, but my mother's was somewhere between medium rare and medium. When she sent it back, either chef or assistant manager told Chuck (our server) that it couldn't be served any rarer even though there was a vast visible difference between hers and my mother-in-law's. An assistant manager named Brian (Bryan?) stopped by and asked how we were doing. I explained both issues and he actually tried to argue with me about Open Table not being a reservation. My mother ended up with salmon and there was no accommodation on the check. At the very least, my mother's meal should have been comped. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and we will not be dining with BJ's again.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been back to a BJs. It was pleasant, my dish was good. The burgers that were ordered for well done, could have been cooked a bit longer. When receiving the burgers, they were cold.
