Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Usually a great venue with fantastic food. Came with three colleagues and unfortunately the service was really poor this occasion. Items were forgotten. We continually had to flag down other staff members for any service. We had to wait ages to get the check sorted. I realise one of the staff was new, but then don't leave the poor chap on his own.. the other staff should help him, not just ignore everyone he was looking after...

The waitress was slow and didn't apologized when she made errors. Didn't seem to care. Would take a long time to come back to our table. Waited long for requests of things we needed. Never took the time to explain or apologize for making us wait so long. Even took long to give us the check when we asked for it. Horrible service. However Brian the manager was nice and had great customer service.

Service was terribly slow, waiter didn’t serve us with a smile, or any kindness overall he was stale and mute. Took over 30 minutes to get to us. Food was ok. Overall the place is cool vibe not too loud just our sever was terrible.

Overall was great , but with reservation I still waited around 10 minutes to take a seat .

Our waitress Noma was awesome! Friendly and helpful and took good care of us on my boyfriend’s birthday 😊

Vanessa was great. Her personality was wonderful. She brought refills without being asked. Food came out hot and on time. Everything tasted good.

We would like to try a strawberry lemonade first and it wasn't available then order a Pepsi and also didn't have Pepsi, I ask for a box to go and the waitress didn't offer me a bag. Tortilla soup was delicious.

Our entire recent experience at B.J.'s Woodland Hills was excellent. Leo, our server was attentive and anticipating of our needs. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, and my porkchop was flavorful and tender--possibly the best I've ever had, which is saying a lot.
