Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Actually a really good experience! Service was great and they were quick even with a big crowd for Mother’s Day.

The prime rib was cooked completely wrong, the waitress was very nice and tried to explain why it comes incorrectly made but the reason she gave demonstration she didn’t actually know what prime rib is & how u cook it which is ok, she is the waitress not the cook. The replacement item was ok. Our coffees didn’t arrive so they were taken off bill. Overall not amazing experience, but waitresses was kind & polite

Wow! We’re former HD residents who HATE coming back up to go out to eat due to safety and quality concerns, but BJ’s blew us away with excellent service and quality. I’m just also going to say that this BJ’s has the best looking staff. We need a BJ’s Victorville calendar, lol

It was the worse experience I’ve had in my life. Just how a customer fell on my lap cause he was dancing in the waiting area and they sat us next to this large party that was being loud and everything.

We had a great experience on Valentines Day dinner! We knew it would be crowded, but since BJ’s is now on Open Table we figured why not?! We booked a late lunch/early dinner and we were seated right away. Dinner was great and the drinks were outstanding! Our server (sorry forgot name) was excellent!

We went on a very busy Saturday night, we had to wait 30 minutes even after we reserved our table. The hostess was very nice and apologetic, then It took 25 minutes before our drink order was even taken. This is unacceptable. I’m not sure if someone called off sick and they were scrambling or if this is the norm. The waitress was nice but she seemed to be struggling. In the end they took care of us by discounting our bill quite a bit, so kudos to them for trying to make things right.

First off, we are regulars at this BJ’s. Until tonight, we have never left unsatisfied. We ordered a mixed drink and a wine. The mixed drink was so watered down I couldn’t taste the lavender or the vodka. The wine was Chardonnay when Cabernet was ordered. We ordered 2 prime rib meals. The mozzarella tomato salad was dripping in dressing. The Caesar salad was good. Both prime ribs were barely cutable due to the sinews running through the entire piece. The baked potato was cooked well, but flavorless as were the mixed vegetables. My husband waited til his food was cold before his glass of Cabernet arrived. We ordered the pazookis which came with the meal along with a shot of Bailey’s to pour over it. The ice cream melted and we asked several workers to bring the Bailey’s to us. It finally arrived to be added to the pazooki soup. The app would not allow mobile pay which meant we had to wait another lengthy amount of time to get a paper receipt to pay. All in all, we were very disappointed in tonight’s 2 hour meal. Will think long and hard about coming back.
