Beautiful establishment. Our server, while nice and accommodating took a very long time to get our drinks, even water and our food took over 46 mins after we ordered which took almost 30 minutes after we sat down. She was nice enough to honor the happy hour prices even though we were sitting at a table and not the bar, which was super nice. I tipped her well. But I would have appreciated a little bit faster service as it wasn't very busy.

Ramiza was our server and she was Great! We had a party of 6 with 2 toddlers. Ramizas patience and kindness helped make a nice experience even better! The place was very crowded but the staff was very kind and helpful.

We arrived to find out that the confirmed reservation….wasn’t actually a reservation at all. That there would be an additional hour wait. We were told by staff that their use of the reservation mechanism on OpenTable was simply a way to be put on the wait list at the specified time. We won’t be returning.

Place was loud, drafty, food all came out at different times (I was done when the fourth person finally got her food), and they’re certainly proud of their food (pricing) considering it’s dressed up bar food.

Love BJ's great food, great service but the Rewards Program is an absolute joke! The waitstaff is great but they fail strongly on follow through making sure the proper credit is given and most of the time no credit is given at all whatsoever and it is frustrating trying to do it yourself online without constantly getting ERROR 404 or having to call the Manager at the store and being told they will address it and console the employees and they never do or they don't care to. I wrote Corporate this time after paying a $177.24 bill last night and getting no points applied at all.

We made reservations and were promptly seated on time. We came for happy hour, and when the waitress came over we asked her if it was happy hour and she said yes. We ordered happy hour beers and appetizers and when the bill came, everything was full price. Our dip was cold and the beers were just okay. We probably won’t be returning.

Bj's Resturants happy hour goes from 3-7pm, which is great for late commers. They have a few select drinks and apps for happy hour. I was there for dinner and the menu is packed with good stuff. Got the avocado spring rolls, amazing. I got the Enlightened Seared Ahi Salad. Super fresh. They have $10 lunches but havent tried those yet.
