My friend and I really enjoyed. Everything we ordered tasted good & our waitress was super nice. I’d definitely return if I’m in the area.

Our Server Robert did an A+ Job attending your table and was very pleasant and helpful. It couldn’t have been better. Thank you Robert and the food was excellent to tell the kitchen!

We were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. The person seating us was pleasant. After that we never saw anyone. The seating area was full and many others near us were also seated without drinks, looking for some sign of service. After 20 minutes of no service we decided to leave and were noticed and told thanks for coming in. We went to another establishment in close proximity, were promptly handled, and witnessed others from BJ's entering after us.. also with goals of actually eating a meal.

The food quality has gone down hill. My prime rib was a very questionable cut and super salty. Odd.. My son’s Spaghetti was inedible but the cutlet was ok. He was felling ill when he left but I think it was his tummy. The questionable amount of ice in my Margarita it seemed like there was no alcohol in the drink. Why did I have to ask for Au jus and horseradish!

BJs was okay, the food was good, price okay, service was sketchy, food service alright, but drink refill service was not. Thanks for the birthday dessert.

Spent over 2 1/2 hours in this place. Waitress was slow and unresponsive. When we contacted management we found out where she gets it from. She couldn’t be bothered to leave her office to come talk to us about all the issues. Women’s bathroom could be saved if the local fire department could come by and hose out for them. Another waitress tried to smooth things over but was too little too late. We won’t be back. You shouldn’t either.

The servers here are always so sweet with our kids and make sure they are taken care first so we have a table of happy campers.

Hadn’t been in a couple years, menu has changed A LOT! Not as many healthy choices anymore. Husband ordered a medium filet and it was very well done. He didn’t want to bother anyone about it, though. Waitresses were wonderful. Love all the beer choices!

Very nice atmosphere and wait staff. A little disappointed in the quality of food…my wife and I ordered the Prime Rib…it could have been better. A little under cooked and contained a lot of fat.

The food was very good. I ordered their special Pumkin beer, which was supposed to have the flavor and spices of pumpkin. It did not. When quizzed, the server checked with the bar and brought me a sample of the Pumkin to compare. It tasted exactly the same. When I asked if others had expressed similar concerns, he said that he was not receiving orders for it. I suggested that he make sure management knows that the wrong keg may be on tap.

Our server, Luca, was hilarious! This was a special occasion for my friends and I as we were all getting ready to leave for college, and the service at BJ’s certainly made it memorable. Also, the manager came over to our table and struck up a conversation with us, and she was just awesome. The restaurant truly values the customer experience, and the food was so delicious. Incredible experience overall!

Was very disappointed that the menu did not have cost for the various alcoholic beverages that were available. He had to ask the waiter who went to the bartender to get a cost - unacceptable

I have dined regularly at the Willowbrook restaurant and have never been disappointed. Waitress took our order then disappeared. Food was not good. Fish and chips were burnt. Oil was burnt or needed changing. My Wife’s steak sandwich was no better. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for another drink and some condiments. Guess I will stick with the Willowbrook site.

Nice restaurant with wide variety on the menu. Waitress was attentive and polite exceeded expectations for service. Noise level a little high for not being crowded. Would recommend to friends.

A little upset that we were able to make reservations and the find out the restaurant is closed when we get there. I understand being closed but I should not have been able to make reservations. Work 7 days a week and first day off in months and just wanted to enjoy a meal.

Rude service when I called. Said it was too busy and we probably wouldn’t get a table at 5:30 PM. Booked a reservation for 6 at 5 PM, no problem. Showed up and they were out of lots of classics. The food we ordered was absolute trash. Potato skins that basically looked ripped over. Some with no toppings at all. The pasta was over cooked. The fish and chips were gnarly greasy. Just trash dinner all across the board. Sad and unremarkable food and service. Never again.
