Super Bowl Sunday family gathering. Waiter was missing a lot and had REALLY BAD BODY ODOR! It was awful! We asked for the receipt from two different servers that went to get the manager instead. Finally I found our waiter that was sent to work as a host in the front door for a while, and no one was taking care of us. Finally when he came to the tables, he was busy taking someone’s order forever....and I still went to another waiter to get our bill, but they went to get the manager to help us instead. Did not make sense.

Although my Open Table reservation was not recorded or acknowledged, our dining experience was good. Hopefully the restaurant has since corrected their error. Service was a bit slow...maybe she had too many tables to serve.

We ordered the Monday special- tavern cut pizza to share. Good value on all their daily specials @half price. I especially like Wednesday’s - loaded burger!

It’s a good family after work catch a game kinda place just not a let’s go get some good food kinda place. The menu is way to big need to scale that back for sure. Some items come out not as described on the menu like the original wings which was drizzled with ranch ...as well as a some on the side either or would be fine but not both. Service was a bit slow on 1st arrival - dozens of empty tables and like 6 groups of guest held and waiting in the lobby ??? No doubt a shift change but still give them a table some menus hand out some water and let them wait at their tables for a waiter not crammed all out in the lobby.

This particular BJ's Restaurant wasn't busy on a Thursday night. Our server may have been new. He was not aware of the specials of the day. Everything went smoothly once we received our drinks and and food. The tri-tip I ordered was tender but looked a little sad on the plate.

Huge, extensive menu so you can have almost anything so seems suited to families. A few dishes are reliable such as the salads. However, this location continues to have issues with a) timing of service, and b) wait time for your table.

We shared a double cut pork chop, requested it cut in half but it wasn’t. Caesar salad arrived first but server didn’t come with share plates even when he knew we were sharing the order and salad sat getting soggy by the minutes. Service lacking!
