Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. We made a reservation, still ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Our appetizers and dessert were dropped off at the wrong table, making us wait even longer. We were there for multiple birthdays and they knew that and nothing was done. 2 out of 5 orders came out wrong or missing something. Overall bad experience

We went on a Monday evening with friends. The large pizzas were half price. We shared a pizza and each had a starter salad. We all had a very nice time. However, shortly after we signed our (separate) checks, the server came to the table and took them away. We were surprised as that usually doesn't happen. We found it to be unprofessional. Overall however, we had a very nice time

Everything was great until I used the women’s restroom & realized it was filthy, it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened the building. It made me sick, I hope the kitchen was cleaner.
