Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. We certainly enjoyed our time at BJ’s. I enjoyed the fact that we were able to walk in and actually sit down at our exact time reserved. I greatly appreciate the food. The our waitress and waiter were phenomenal.

Service was slow, they sat 2 separate parties of 10 people who didn’t have a reservation before us which was quite annoying. Staff is friendly just slow.

Dish had no flavor everybody else liked theirs. Prices went up this past year cost vs. food quality doesn’t match.

We had the longest wait ever however, flagged down a Mrg. He took order right away and continued to help out as it was a very busy time.

Only complaint would be that I placed a reservation for 7:45pm but wasn’t seated till about an 30-45 mins later. Most walk-ins were waiting the same amount of time so I find that this defeats the purpose of making a reservation. Service did feel a little rushed, could’ve been due to the wait times. Overall, excellent food and ambiance.

I felt like I could’ve gotten better food from Applebees. It was an 5 on the scale for me. Waitress was ok. Forgot my plastic silverware and wasn’t super attentive to us but she wasn’t bad. Food want the best to be honest

Food was great but it did take about 45 minutes on a Thursday. Server was helpful but not enthusiastic overall a good experience and wait time was less than 20 minutes. The rim location is inconsistent but good spot with a lot of variety on the menu.

Repeat customer and food quality was excellent as was our server Ms. Q. Our appetizer didn’t make it out before the meal but came about halfway through our dinner. It was the shrimp toast and was excellent. The mgr took it off the bill without me complaining or asking which was refreshing. The Snow Man drink was excellent and I highly recommend it as a dessert. The liquors in it mixes up nicely when stirred. I’ll still happily be a repeat customer.
