I usually enjoy eating at BJs; however, this was not as great of an experience. The serve was very nice however we forgot to bring us ketchup several times and one time brought me the check instead we weren't ready for it. Also, my spaghetti was lukewarm, and when I asked for a newer portion, it was the same temperature. *Be careful to make sure the pasta is hot. Thankfully, the pot stickers were delicious and hot :)

Our server was Alyssa and she was wonderful. We all know that our experience starts with the server and she was great.

Fish & chips very good. Wings, to gummy. Loud music. Not bad. Just generic.

The quality of the food and variety of choices, the hostess and wait staff were excellent. We have been coming to this location in Round Rock for many years and will continue to do so.

The heating did not work so the location was freezing. Service was adequate...we got there before happy hour but by the time the server got there (10 minutes later) we missed it. The server said, 'Oh, too bad.' but agreed to get a margarita at Happy Hour prices...which didn't happen. There were additional errors in the bill I had to have resolved. I had to explain an allergy to mayonnaise but still got chipotle mayo...at least on the size. I had a 'bowl' which was so spicy it was inedible and I took it home to dilute it with some additional rice.

The only thing I will mention is our entree’s came too quickly . We had just got our appetizers. My daughter’s pizza was cold by the time she was ready for it.

The server and host were both very friendly and helpful. I had a salad that had a little too much dressing but overall it was good. That being said, there was nothing bad nor great about BJ's.

This place is so overpriced. Came here for son’s graduation dinner, so it was a special occasion, and will more than likely not return. Food was not great. Really disappointing. Almost $150 dollars for a party of four, with no alcohol, for food that was “mid”. Not even looking forward to eating my leftovers.

I ordered a pizza with no mushrooms & it came with mushrooms. I had to ask for a glass of water twice. We have eaten at BJ’s many times but the service this time did not meet our expectations.
