Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Food was not good. Old, re-heated rice, filet was ordered medium and was well done. Took 30 min to get corrected and when it was finally delivered it have Chicken in the mashed potatoes? Not sure how it got there but wife(celebrating Mothers Day) she just ate the retired steak had experience was bad. Server Mack was awesome, not her fault for the cooks mistakes, I felt bad for her. She was truly sorry and upset about our experience.

We were there for mother's day and our server was so nice and attentive. Glaz salmon and fresh salmon dish was very good. We also order filet with shrimp combo, it as pretty good too. We all had a great time

I reserved a 9 top table for 645pm and they didn't seat me unit 720pm. It took another 10 min to take the order. Half the food was cold. Never coming back, ever!!!!

Had a group of 6, half of us were served cold food (should have been hot). One had the wrong food come and two had good food. Wait staff was fine, but we also had to wait over half an hour for a table despite having a reservation.

Very busy but I think the local high school was having prom night so there were larger groups at tables. Our waiter did awesome despite being busy and the food was good.

This experience was not the best. I had a reservation for 7:00pm and did not get our table until 7:50pm. Had to wait outside, which is fine, but we had a baby with us and there was no room inside to get the baby out of the cold. Had to take the baby to the car until our table was ready. I was told that we were waiting on a table that the customers had been there over 3 hours. When we did get our table, it had to be placed along with a booth, which made it hard for us to communicate with our party. There were kids running up and down the isles and screaming, which their parents never said anything to get them to stop. Usually don't have a problem with BJ's, but this was not the best experience this time around.

We have been to BJ restaurant many times. We know we always need a reservation especially on a weekend night. Sometimes we still need to wait even with a reservation. But cuts our wait time way down usually. I usually use the BJ restaurants app. But seemed I could only get put on the wait list day of. We had friends visiting from out of town wanted to book a reservation a day or two early. The OpenTable app helped great with that. Once at the restaurant it was very crowded hard to just get into the door. The hostesses are always very friendly. We had a very nice server, very helpful and friendly. After a while he got a very large group at the table next to us. Food came out still hot very nice not to have cold food. Drinks and refills kept coming. Then dessert of course was amazing. We will be back.

Sat. night, super busy. Beer was outstanding, but my burger wasn't hot. Tasted great, perfectly cooked, just a bit on the cooler side of warm. No other issues, service was great.

We stopped going because the last few times we had gone the service, food, everything was terrible. Tonight we had a reservation. Walked it and was seated right away. We had the best server we have had in a very long time, including other establishments. Our server’s name was Naomi C and she was excellent. Food out in record time and freshly made. Always a smile on her face and just a joy to have helping us. We will def go back and ask for her!!!
