Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. One of the entrees (fish and chips) was good, the other (chicken parmesan) was mediocre - dry, semi-warm as though it had been sitting on a buffet table, stuck to the serving plate - to blah. I already responded direct to BJ's in a review. Service was semi-attentive but rushed. In my opinion, the quality of the food and level of service has dropped about 60% since the last time I dined there. I won't bring another guest, and won't go alone either, for a long time...

Food was cold and steak tasted like rubber Understaffed and took a long time There was someone smoking weed in restaurant and we smelt it the whole time we were there

We ate here while at a hotel waiting to fly out in the morning. It was loud, but the people were respectful and having fun!! Would eat here again!!

Seating was easy, booked ahead of time and walked right in and was seated for a party of 4 within 10 minutes. Service was good despite it being a holiday and busy. So I do understand that perspective, but if server was more communicative it would be 5 stars. Food was so delicious. Especially the baked ziti. Noise volume was normal for a busy crowd at a restaurant. My family enjoyed it.

Our waiter was awesome and so was the food quality & quantity. It had been awhile since we ate at BJs. We will definitely be back!

We walked into the building, up to the reservation table (10:50 am) and was quickly seated. The problem was that the "music" was so loud that we couldn't hear the receptionist and server. My husband and I both wear hearing aids and lowered ours as much as possible and STILL it was Noisy! I would advise the manager to have staff lower the volume (after all we were there on a Monday 11:00 am reservation. My husband said he doesn't want to return ...
