We made reservations online. The hostess, Carmen, was helpful when I called to confirm and let her know it was a surprise birthday dinner, so 3 of us would be arriving 15 minutes later than birthday guests. Unfortunately, the person at the front when we checked in (not Carmen) blew the surprise by asking if we were the "party of 8". It all worked out though, as our son did not have enough time to process her words before we arrived at the table, and he was surprised to see his friends. Will, our server, was fun, entertaining, and happy to share birthday cheer, as his birthday is just a couple days before our son's!

Food was great! Server was attentive and made sure our drinks were refilled. Even gave us a refill on the chips when the kids ate them all with the appetizer. Will definitely be back again.

We used to love the avocado egg roll here as an appetizer but the taste changed over time. Now it is very deep fried and does not taste well at all. Secondly we used to like their tavern cut pizza but this time it was served cold and the taste has changed as well. Most likely they recently changed their chefs and this one is not as good as the previous chef for sure. Last but not least, the tables are not properly cleaned they were sticky. I hope they do a better job in the future with the food and cleanliness.

We took my Dad for lunch for an early Father’s Day lunch. Service was great. Our waitress was wonderful. The pazookie is a MUST. We had burgers and they even made lettuce wraps for my sister and I since we are living the keto life these days.

Our server was off. Maybe having a rough night but the manager stepped in and helped and overall it was great. Always amazing food.

We had the Prime Rib meal which included a salad/soup course, huge piece of prime rib with sides, and a large dessert. Stunning value! Only criticism is the prime rib was a bit dry. I had it rare and would have expected running juices, but alas not. But still it was very good and I would highly recommend.

They do not honor OpenTable reservations. You can make a reservation but they do not take them. I suggest using the app, to put yourself on the wait list. Even then, they may not honor it. The food is wonderful, our server Will was funny, helpful, and gave suggestions for things he sees people may be concerned about. We felt like he really cared about our meal being just what we wanted. Such a wonderful meal and atmosphere. Download the app, you will be coming back over and over!

First time at this location and we were disappointed. We arrived and we're immediately told that reservations aren't real. Next we got incredibly slow service despite being 25% occupied. Drink was slow, good was slow, dessert had to change because someone left the ice cream out etc. The pizza was very good Not sure if we will come back.

My husbands meal was very spicy and salty. Every time the waitress came to our table my husband told her it was to spicy and salty and he couldn’t eat it. She said nothing and did nothing. We are never going back to this restaurant.

I was in town for business and chose BJ’s because it was close. The staff was very friendly and the place was pretty busy for a Tuesday evening. My salad was not fresh and had way too much cheese and dressing (like they were hiding how chewy and flavorless the tomatoes were). My pepperoni flatbread was crispy and just the right size. Wine was not top drawer, but good for the price. Overall, a good deal.

Main course came before we received our soup and salad. Soup arrived lukewarm and had to be sent back. No baked potatoes at 6:00 on New Years Eve. Main course, which had been sitting under warming lights after being sent back until we had soup/salad, arrived cold. Medium rare prime rib looked same as rare prime rib. Pretty poor dining experience. We have eaten at other BJ restaurants and have always enjoyed good food.

After making our reservation, we arrived at 8 pm only to be asked to wait 15 mins while they cleared a table for us. The restaurant was not very busy at the time. When they finally seated us, it was in a small area that already had two large groups. We asked to be moved since the rest of the restaurant was pretty open and we preferred to be spread out to avoid exposure to COVID. This required a manager to intercede

Well, we were traveling to the area and it was very difficult to find any restaurants open on Christmas Day. We were thrilled to find BJ’s Melbourne was open on Open Table so we made a reservation. So on Christmas Day we called a couple of times to confirm and let it ring about 25-30 times each time with no answer, no voicemail and no way to leave a message. There wasn’t even a message saying that they were open or closed. Very rude! So we assumed they were closed. The distance between where we were staying was about 40 minutes to BJ’s. So we did not want to drive there just to find out they are closed. Very disappointing!
