Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Service was the worst I’ve ever had. Waited close to 15 minutes to just order drinks and close to another 15 waiting for them. Server always was unable to be found and everything seemed to take longer. What should’ve been an hour meal was nearly 2 hours just waiting for service. Also the waitress telling us that it was going to be awhile because she had to get 15 other drinks for other tables, then send someone else to help. We don’t want to hear excuses on your job requirements. Food was ok, service was just for awful. Sadly none of my party will be back anytime soon or ever.

Amazing service by Kiana ! The food was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the Tri-Tip Trio, Brisket Burger, Tri-Tip sliders, and strawberry pizookie!!

Had family in town and took him there for dinner. Good times and the food was very good. No issues at all and the reservation was hassle free.

The food was great and our waiter was really nice too but, like 3 staff members asked if I wanted more water and I said yes and I never got my water :( it was busy tho so i understand

Our server was great but the food not so good. Took about 45 minutes for pizza and 2 philly cheese steaks. Too long in my opinion but to be fair there was a large group that was seated right before us and there was like 45 people in this group

The waitr started out great but it went down hill fast. It took a long time to get our drinks. Ordering was fine. It took close to 45 minutes to get our food. It was good but not hot. We ordered Pizzokies which took a while to come. I tried the new cinnamon bun it didn’t have enough cinnamon nor cream icing. It should have come with 2 small scoops of ice cream instead of one. When it was time to pay the waitress gave me the bill and disappeared. After about 15 I tried to pay it on line but there was a problem on your end, things happen. My son took the bill to the bar to pay and the manager helped him. I’m not one to complain but it was one thing after another other.

Server was less than stellar and it took food a long time to get to us. Server forgot straws, which were requested twice and had to request silverware after dinners arrived. She was not very observant. We have had better service prior to last nights visit.

We Had the filet surf and turf - meat cooked perfectly and the potatoes were delicious! Prime rib meal was delicious and great value!

Our waitperson Kristin was fantastic! Personable and professional. Only negative was that the bar was extremely slow in delivering drinks. Took way too long to get our beers.

A bit of a wait even though we had a reservation. Also, a bit of a wait for initial server but once waited on everything was great. Both food and drinks were very tasty. Would recommend to family and friends.

Seated 20 mins after reservation time. Food was not good, no flavor and not cooked to order (meat temp). Service was slow and didn't refill drinks until asked. They were busy so I understand not being checked on frequently but we were there 2 hours and got check on twice.

I showed up a few minutes early for my reservation only to be told there is a 20 minute wait. Which is what they told the couple in line in front of me. I was wondering why I even made reservations and used open table . I asked to talk to the mgr and all of a sudden a table was open for us! Terrible experience

Wings were good, kids pizza was raw. Service was underwhelming, fish and chips were greasy, coleslaw was gross. French dip was good , kids Mac and cheese was blah. Overall not a great experience

Good food but a lot of favorites have been taken off the menu. The draw for us was always their HUGE menu. Not so much anymore.

Just enjoyed a terrific lunch at your Centennial, Las Vegas location. Enjoyed our meals, the prime rib dinner, while the other person enjoyed their prime rib sandwich, with gluten-free options. Both were outstanding. Really enjoyed the garlic vegetable medley. Great addition. Also, our server, Rose, was absolutely fantastic. She was cheerful and very helpful, being that some of us were gluten-free. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and really made our experience enjoyable. This is exactly the type of server ALL restaurants should seek out to hire. Our only suggestion would be to create a dedicated fryer, so those of us who are gluten-free are able to enjoy french fries too. Thank you.

The service was great, as always. The food on the other hand was not. I ordered the same entree salad I always get, the Sante Fe salad. There were several ingredients missing. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I mentioned it to my server and they took it back and had the items added. But overall, the salad was just mainly wilted lettuce and not much else.

As always exceptional. For me, taste of food is number one criteria. Also, I have noticed great improvement in customer service approach. Very pleasant place.

Food was good, service was excellent, and Covid safety precautions taken to keep patrons and workers safe. We’ll be going back.

Jon was our server. He is fantastic and knows his stuff. The blackened salmon at BJ's one of the best. They have an awesome menu all around.
