Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven’t just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Great food and always great service. The tri-tip is delicious and the pizooki is a must have.

We were seated pretty promptly. However, that’s where the good service ended. We placed an appetizer and a drink order. The appetizer never came. Our dinner came and when our dinner came, I said cancel the appetizer because it never came. He said he would take it off my bill well, of course because I never got it, our food took forever. My husband watched his beer sit on the bar for a good 10 minutes before an expediter brought it over. The food was mediocre. The sirloin tri-tips were very tough and they brought a nine-year-old a full size Pepsi and charged us $4.50. Well they brought my eight-year-old a child size soda, which was only $.95 overall my biggest complaint besides the quality of the food the slow slow slow service. This is not our first time here, but this was the worst experience and we probably won’t come back. After 1:30 minutes we were finally able to leave after a 1 course meal.

We had 12 people celebrating a graduation and every single person commented on how polite and freindly the staff was, from hostess to server to walking by staff on the way to the restroom. The food was fresh and tasty, the beer cold, and our server was so great. Thank you!!! BJs made our celebration perfect.

When we checked in, our table for 8 wasn’t ready, but was being set up. MSU Graduation celebration event. We were told they would call us in “couple” minutes. After waiting over 20 minutes, I checked again and found out the table had been ready almost immediately. Instead of calling out our name in person (we all were standing 5 feet from hostess) or calling on phone listed in reservation, they had sent us a TEXT only. The noice level was so loud that we barely could hear each other, even when shouting to the person next to us, let alone hear a text. We should have been told that when we checked in. Multiple other issues as well. Would never go there again.

The Mac n cheese was not good at all! Ribs were tough. Our server was awesome

We had a festive pre-graduation dinner which didn’t disappoint! Our waiter was fun & capable & did an excellent job. I recommend for a fun dining experience!

Overall good experience. Food was good and server was fine. Thought he may have forgotten about us at times, but overall good experience. Certainly will be back.
