Our waiter was great however, we ordered a meal with asparagus as a side & when the food was delivered it had broccoli. The worker (I believe she was Hispanic, blonde hair with a rose gold butterfly hair clip) told us they were out of asparagus and it was automatically switched to broccoli. We questioned why we were not notified and how was the decision of swapping the sides was made without our consent. She (the worker) told us that is how it is and it’s automatically changed based on the chefs decision. Without any concern she rolled her eyes, and walked away from the conversation. Food is food but it was the way she handled the situation like she didn’t care. Same issue happened at the table next to us, she dropped the plates to them and left, some of them too ordered asparagus and was confused why broccoli was chosen without their consent or choice. They flagged their waiter down and he apologized to them for the mishap, she so happened to return to the table with the other meals and when she saw the waiter and customers speaking over the confusion, she immediately butts in saying “so what’s the issue?” In a loud irritation matter as if she was being questioned and she literally put her self in between the customer and waiter, interrupting them and saying it in a rude demeanor. The waiter mentioned about the asparagus mishap and she immediately said “there’s no asparagus” and questioned again “is there an issue with the broccoli?”. First of all, that’s not her table, second, she has a bad attitude. I get she’s probably tired, long shift but if she doesn’t want to be there at work, go home. There was an issue where the asparagus was out of stock but the kitchen failed to update the waiters about it, but rather than apologize and ask the customer what other option we would like, she said “there’s no asparagus, so the chef decided to give you broccoli.” And when we questioned her why we (the customer) was not consulted, she shrugged and walked away.

Everything started out great, ordered a shrimp appetizer, arrived promptly and was excellent. Ordered dinner, waited along time and it arrived cold. Told the waitress, manager came out and said we would be taken care of. They took the plates back. After a few minutes they brought out a much smaller version of the prime rib dinner and different wings than I originally ordered. Waitress blew it off when I questioned her. It was just weird. And no compensation for having to wait for new food. I walked away with an awful experience.

BJ Restaurant & Brewhouse did an excellent job of seating us! Our waitress was awesome and even though having a few large tables she attended to us with drink refills almost before we ask. Brook was awesome our waitress and the music was low enough to hear but not loud to stop us from talking over it. Thanks YOU DID A AWESOME JOB.

Made a reservation for a surprise birthday dinner with family and friends…it was good. But they did ruin the surprise by calling me on our way there to confirm my reservation. It was funny, but to be fair I didn’t tell them it was a surprise

2nd time there both were great experiences. It is rather loud with lots of hard surfaces but nice for a casual meal.

So sad to see how downhill this place has become. Food was inedible and hostess podium was totally overwhelmed and confused. Clearly there is a mismanagement happening. Really too bad.

Food and service are always good at BJ's. Our server, Debbie, was very patient with my 91 year old mother-in-law, and made her feel special.

The calamari was overpriced for an appetizer and the amount they give you. My mahi mahi tacos were very good.

I did not appreciate being given prosecco in a snifter glass instead of a flute. I guess they didn't have any. I feel they should have told me because I would have had a wine. As it turned out, my prosecco went flat way faster than it should have! Either have a flute for champagne or don't serve the champagne!!!! I could have sent it back right away, but I wanted to try it coz that's what I wanted to drink. Then, I realized a flute keeps the bubbles going longer.

BJ always has friendly and professional staff. The selection of food and drinks is always great. The food was excellent. Everything was delicious and the presentation was great. Highly recommended.

Ordered Filet Minion, potato cold and filet was the toughest ever served to me in a US restaurant. Tough and tasted like sirloin. The Brussel Sprouts were under cooked. Won't be going back.

We dined at BJ’s with our good friends on Christmas Eve as we have done every year for several years now. The noise level and ambiance were excellent so that we could chat and catch up.

Food, as ordered was great! Server was good Noise, in restaurant was nice with moderate mumble. However, the couple in the booth directly behind me was quite loud in an active ongoing personal disagreement. You are literally back to back with the parties in the next booth and approximately 4-6” apart without a partition. Fortunately that party left before my food came to the table. I enjoyed my meal and the company I kept without disruptions..

This was my first time dining at BJ's and I had an excellent experience! The food was so delicious! Every dish we ordered was a good portion and very affordable. The service was excellent, as our waitress answered every question we had.

We had lunch here as we have many times in the past. The food, unfortunately, was not the usual quality we have experienced. One order was for a Caesar salad and clam chowder. The clam chowder was very good but the salad had a lot of wilted, brownish lettuce of some type. Another order was house salad and deep dish cheese pizza. The salad was pretty good but the pizza was not adequately cooked so it was more of a chewy, moist dough with a thin amount of melted cheese which could be peeled off the top. The 3rd order was fish tacos which were actually very good - no complaints. The waitress was very nice and returned the food we didn't like and credited our bill. 100% excellent service but the food was very disappointing. We really hope this is just a case of a new cook and bad luck because we usually enjoy lunch here.

Save your money, time, frustration. Since they changed management the place has gone down hill and they do not care. Even the floor in front is dirty. All our food was terrible and one plate had to be sent back and it toke twenty minutes to get it back to our table. Don't Go.

They ran out chili by 6 pm. The server was sassy and after multiple requests to put a game on over 45 mins they did not. It was my son’s birthday. Totally disappointed

We had a 6 PM reservation and arrived at 5:50 PM. Our table was ready but they made us wait 10 minutes till 6 PM. We then waited 15 minutes before the server took drink orders. It was another 55 minutes before our food arrived. During that time the server never checked, our empty glasses.

Our waiter, Jonathan, was busy and the only waiter in the area our party of 5 swas eated. He tended to our needs and if it took a little long to wait for i,e, ketchup, he remembered to bring to us asap.

The hostess was very friendly. Our server Keenan was excellent. The appetizer came out cold but the entrees were okay. The appetizer and entrees came out one after another. We had to wait a little for the pizookie. Both sets of people that were sat next to us were so loud. Killed the vibe a little. All in all, the drinks and food saved the experience.

Very good atmosphere, but it was very crowded but with a reservation got our seats right away. Our server was slow, and our bill was hefty for six of us we spent over 200.00. The food was good you’ll definitely be full at end of your meal. And there is so much to choose from it’s hard to make a choice.

Food was awful and took forever to get our food to our table. We ended up being there for 2 hours.

Service was great at the table but lost some stars because of our reservation. Took 25 mins past the reservation time to be seated while walk-ins got seated before us. What’s the point of having a reservation?

The food was great; however, this is the first time we experienced a significant delay in getting our food. Three of us received our food, and had to wait for an additional 15 to 20 minutes for the fourth dish. Fortunately, the manager comped the meal given the delay in the delivery of the fourth meal. Great recovery and excellent customer service.

We were seated at table 612. Our waiter was very slow and did not have a very long attention span. We ordered a 9” half and half deep dish pizza. When we received it, it was very light in color and it was still doughy. Also it was not very thick for deep dish. We ended up eating part of it. Our waiter never checked on us to see if everything was ok. It took quite awhile to get a to go box and our check. We will come again as this the first time we have been disappointed in the food and our service,

Service was not good. Waited 20 minutes for a simple cocktail. Place was not busy at all. Waitress did not check on us.
