Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

It was very busy they had ran out off a lot of food options was not happy.. but will try it again also food was cold and overcooked

Here I thought reservation time was around when you were going to be seated. Not putting you on another list to get behind everyone that didn't plan ahead and make reservations.

Great time for a family meal. The wait staff were very attentive and kept us informed. The food was great and the pizzooki desserts are always delicious.

Even though we had a 6:00 reservation, the restaurant was super busy, we were not seated until 6:40. Much faster than those without a reservation but still unexpected when we had a reservation. Once seated our server was excellent and the food was great so we were very happy with that overall experience.

Love this new Brewery and Restaurant our friends introduced us too! Best Happy Hour Ever! With many choices, great food and service exceptional! Don’t forget to get their yummy dessert! Will bring more friends there a LOT!

Pricey menu. Our waitress was excellent and attentive. Need more options for happy hour. Food was pretty good. More typical American bar food.

Food was outstanding, wait staff was great but the kitchen was running quite slowly. 90 minutes for dinner for 2 adults and a kid. All in all a great experience and we will return

Server acted like he had no clue where he was, disappeared for at least 25 mins, food was cold the first time and after they “remade” it. Terrible experience

This was a terrible experience. Our party of 11 was sat moments after entering at our reserved time. However, that is where the good stuff ends. Our server was very disoriented, easily confused, and did not appear confident in having a party of 11. After finally placing our order after bring there for 45 minutes, we then waited another 90 minutes before receiving our food. While we waited for our food, we spoke to a manager who was working in the kitchen and he simply blamed our displeasure on the kitchen being understaffed, having a full restaurant, and a busy take out. He made no attempt to recitify the situation and simply walked away from us. When we did get our food, it was luke warm at best. We ordered 3 salads with chicken, 4 kids meals, 2 burgers, potstickers, egg rolls, chicken wings without sauce, and jambalya; Nothing that warranted a 90 minute wait. Our poor children were restless and hungry and our birthday girl was less than pleased. Our server never seemed bothered by the fact that we were watitng so long. He was very oblivious. No one at our table received refilled drinks and we had to ask for the kids meals to finally be brought out separately so they could at least eat. When the adult food finally came out, the jambalya was cool and when asked to throw it in the microwave, that took another 12 minutes. A different manager finally came over and attempted to appease us, but by that time, we were so beyond pleasing. And, to top it off, there was still the 18% gratuity added on despite our server not deserving it. We will NEVER return to this place and will discourage others from ever going. Another reasone to NOT patron chain restaurants. I will stick with small local establishments from now on.

We went for my Dad's 78th birthday. We had 9 so we made a reservation. We still had to wait over 30 minutes and were seated in a booth so it was a little tight. Service was slow getting drinks to our table. The kitchen neglected to make my dad's dinner so as we're all eating, he's just waiting. Fries came out cold, steak underdone, wrong beer served, just a bit of a mess. We were done by the time the birthday boy's dinner came out. Our waitress was sweet, she was trying, and we were given free pizookie coupons to use another time and they comped my dad's dinner so they tried to make up for the errors. I've been to other BJs locations and have always had a good experience so this was disappointing.

Weds night date night- had 11.99 burgers and happy hour beers. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. Can’t remember her name. You are supposed to sit in the bar for happy hour but if you ask, they will honor it in the dining room. She recommended signing up for rewards so that we would get a free pizzookie.

Well we started off by getting seated quite a bit passed our reserve time Request for fries to be extra extra well done They were not ,waited 5 minutes for a new order My wives chicken Alfredo was horrible ,pasta was horrible,chicken was dried out,only ate the broccoli ,the waitress looked at it and said I will take that off your bill ,I don’t understand why you have cooks that serve bad food????? We probably won’t be back ,and we probably will share the news with our friends,

So the service was good. They were all out of season beer and many of the other beers they make themselves. They also were out of Pepsi. I would say the food was not great for the money you spend.

Got to the restaurant, had to wait an extra 45 minutes past our reservation time. Was finally seated and ordered drinks. Our server ended up having an emergency so the manager came over to explain, we still didn’t have our drinks and were told some were out so we had to order others. Was then told by the manager that he would go get them waited another 30 minutes for drinks. He only brought 2 out of the 4, waited another 15 for the other 2. Had another server temporarily help until the new server came over. We had already placed our order with the original server and was told by every passing waiter/waitress that our food was almost ready. It was another hour until we got our food. In total we spent 2 almost 3 hours at the table just waiting for stuff. We watched a table nearby get turned over 3 times while we sat there.

Overall our experience was ok. They were out of a few food and drink menu items. Pizza was not my favorite, similar to Pizza Hut but very light on toppings, sauce, and cheese.

Pros - Food was flavorful - Welcoming ambiance Cons - Mislead about reservation system by a host - told it was more of a request, but it’s not - First cocktail didn’t taste like it had any alcohol in it and had an excessive amount of ice - Fiance ordered the special and we weren’t told they were out of it until a few minutes before my entree was served - Fiance ordered a Pepsi that never came - Our server placed the tray that carried our drinks on it, on the floor while taking our food order. I also saw her do this while taking other table’s orders Overall, we had a very poor experience. Service was not great and the kitchen error was not communicated sincerely by the manager. We were so excited to try this restaurant out, but will not be coming back.

The food was not what I expected. They were out of almost everything because as the waitress said the food truck just did not show up. We had a reservation but still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. The server was nice when we did see her, however she messed up our order, possibly because she couldn’t hear us as we were speaking because it was so loud. I feel the food was overpriced and we could’ve gotten better service and food at a steakhouse.

Our food and service was great! Things that could be fixed. They brought our food out as it came up so we didn’t have cold food but some of us had to wait a while for ours to come up. Then the others were done eating already. The bar was backed up so we had to wait a while for our drinks.
