Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

    Your food is awesome. Your service is way below average. Our server was horrible, kept forgetting to bring us beer, water etc. Finally we had to ask someone else to bring us a bill.

    We had a large group of 13. The service was fantastic and the food was marvelous! Did not have any complaints from any of those in our party. We’ll definitely plan another visit in the near future.

    430 reservations 😬Didn’t get seated till 445 and and was 530 and still didn’t have are food so we left and never ate ! Understaffed and very unorganized and dirty dishes on many tables and just a complete disaster !!!

    The app was bugging so they didn’t even have my reservation. Not restaurant or staffs fault but it was frustrating.

    This was the third time we had been to BJ’sin 2 weeks The first time was ok but the second time was Mother’s Day weekend and I ordered a steak medium. When they brought it the steak was rare so rare that it was raw. I sent it back and still it came back medium rare and they ask if I wanted to send it again. I was so frustrated so I ordered a different entrée. It also took a very longtime between appetizers,drinks, entrees and desserts.  We took another daughter and her husband this past weekend and again ordered appetizers, entrees drinks and desserts. Got the appetizers ok but when our son in law got his pasta ,the noodles were so hard because it had set under a heat light ( I’m assuming ) for a long time. My chicken was totally burned on one side We sent both orders back and the pasta returned fine but one piece of my chicken was raw in the middle. I finally got a manager and she took it off the bill. I would like to say that each time we have gone there the wait staff was excellent but the cooks really need some training!!

    I always enjoy BJ's. Third time being at 28th street. First time at BJ's was in Lansing absolutely enjoyed that one.

    Bad experience all the way around. Had reservation for 7 got sat at 740. The glasses for sodas and drinks were dirty so it was 15 minutes before we received those. 2 tables around us had the same experience all the food came out about an hour later and we still hadn't gotten our root beers from the bar. Food was cold. Entire check was comped.

    It was very busy they had ran out off a lot of food options was not happy.. but will try it again also food was cold and overcooked

    Here I thought reservation time was around when you were going to be seated. Not putting you on another list to get behind everyone that didn't plan ahead and make reservations.
