Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. We had a 7pm reservation- arrived early but weren’t seated until 7:35 - multiple wrong food orders and never received one appetizer and one entree (a salad) had to be taken to go bc they never brought it with the rest of the food - very very slow food and drink service

After visiting the restrooms, my entire experience was changed. The ladies restroom was disgusting filthy. How can I be confident the kitchen wasn’t as dirty?

Our server was really good at his job, it’s just that our mains came out 5 minutes after our appetizers. We had to move tables and by the time we got settled my main was cold. Then we all felt like we couldn’t enjoy our appetizers and by the time I wolfed down the main to try to eat it when there was still some warmth left in it, the appetizer was cold. For the amount of money we spent, ($360 including tip—because we still tipped the guy well as it was New Years Eve) our food should have been timed well and it should’ve been hot. Very disappointed. I’m not sure what we could’ve done to avoid this. We all ordered appetizers and the server asked if we wanted to order mains right then. Perhaps we should’ve waited but we didn’t fathom they’d all be ready at the same time!! It was really frustrating having to move tables with ALL our food and drinks after we’d already told the person who sat is that we didn’t think it would be a big enough table. It just was not the nice New Years dinner we imagined.

It had been a while since we visited BJs, but since all the "fine dining' establishments were booked (graduation weekend), we chose BJs as the restaurant to get together with our friends. We lucked out and got the best booth in the house—the round one near the bar. Our server, Grace, was super sweet and on top of everything. The food was fantastic, the drinks were flowing, and we just had a really nice overall experience. For a chain, BJs does a great job of feeling more like a local restaurant. It helps that they serve Swamp Head (and I think First Magnitude) local brews. I usually only think about going here when I know we're going to be on that side of town, but going forward I'm going to try to come here more often.

The hostess was extremely sweet and welcoming. Our server, Reese was great too. The length of time to get all food was LONG, dinner for four took over 2 1/2 hours after being seated for a party of four with simple order.

Food quality was mediocre and not hot. Took an hour to get our food and server was physically and mentally somewhere else.
