Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back.

We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better.

So in many ways we haven’t just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it’s because of them we’re continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts.

We went for dinner at 5:30pm and it was not crowded at all but the service was incredibly slow from the beginning and got slower and slower as the dinner went on. Dishes weren’t cleared off of our table. We waited a very long time between appetizers and dinner and then dinner and dessert. No refills of water or soda unless we asked. We had kids with us and the dinner took 3 hours start to finish because we waited around for so long. The dessert was inedible. We got two pizookies that were so overdone they were rock hard and burned. We told the waiter and he said there was a very long wait in the kitchen but he could give us other ones to go. We couldn’t wait any longer because we had already been there for 3 hours. We wished he had offered to take them off the bill, but he did not. Instead he brought another one out as we were standing up to leave. We then had to wait even longer to ask for a to-go box to put it in ourselves. Incredibly disappointing dinner experience overall.

Not sure the music needed to be blasting and the temperature inside was cold. The service and food was fine but the atmosphere was off.

Had a reservation for 6:30, at 6:50 I went and asked when we would be seated. Restaurant was busy as it was marathon weekend. Food was good, drinks were a bit skimpy. Service was sub par, appetizer came out halfway through our dinner which was really annoying, felt it should have been comped at that point. Bar was slow. My friend ordered a 2nd round of drinks and I ordered coffee. Her drink came and mine didn't, 10 minutes later, still no coffee, had to ask for it, then had to ask for cream. Overall, because I do like the food I would go back, but they need to work on their service.

My order was not filled properly. I got french fries when I said none. Worse was the pickle and some sort os sauce on my hamburger.

Ordered vegetarian burger and got a non-vegetarian burger. Because of religion reason, it ruined the meal even when she got a vegetarian burger at the end. It wasn’t a good experience.

I made reservations through OpenTable and when we got to the restaurant our reservation was not there. I was able to pull up our confirmation on my phone and we are given priority seating at a large booth - very nice! Wonderful host. However, I was discouraged that the OpenTable app did not work for us. The Brewhouse stated that they have never had that happen. Anyone else have issues with OpenTable?

Wonderful Sunday afternoon special prime rib special ...great value with birthday girl ordered same .. Chowder with option on meal absolutely filled with clam bits and creamy! Wait staff tx'd you like fine dining aimed to please!great good will return and get delivery! Is a brew house will try more great menu deals desserts etc .

Good food and sevice. Loved the lunch specials. I had the chicken tortilla soup and wedge salad combo. Hubby had The loaded burger and fries. Both were very good. Would come again
