Extremely noisy and bottom line, the food was not that good. Very fatty meat used for prime rib dip . Half of it was not edible. Cheese Steak sandwich is not a cheese steak in any capacity...i can overlook many things, but if the food is not good, then all is off the table IMO.

We’ve always had great experiences going to BJs, especially this location in Lodi but this recent time was sub-par. Initially had a reservation but were made to wait which was understandable since they seemed to be short-staffed. Ordered two burgers between two of our members who received cold patties and fries which had to be reheated/remade. Salmon was fine but broccoli was cold.

Bad service, almost everyone’s order was wrong. Took two hours to get food. Didn’t bring utensils and when we did get, they were all dirty.

Black lady with piercing on her nose waitress is very rude. The fact that its a valentines day and its my wife birthday at the same time. I made a reservation for 1 months just to have a good spot. But ended up with a rude waitress so deposited. Will never go back for any occasion at bj.

I had the Crispy Jalapeno burger, came with fries, and a house salad. The burger was very tasty and juicy, the fries were flavorful, and the salad was fresh and crisp. My daughter had the mini deep dish pizza and a side of broccoli. She loved both.

Place was really packed because it was dinner time. 6:30-7:30 pm. We showed the host our reservation. And he still messed it up. It is like all his assistants are just doing whatever they want. Almost made our reservations uselesss. We have to demand after I saw 5 groups that just arrived got in.

Ordered some nachos. They brought us corn chips with small bit of dry cheese on them. Waiter was very nice and tried to help but those chips just ruined our appetite.

BJ’s was VERY loud. We had to yell all evening. They were out of our first four beer choices and out of their boba drink. This is a Brewhouse, but they’re out of so many drinks? And the non beer drinks seemed very pricey. One of our dishes came out much later than the rest and only after we asked (and it was just kids mac and cheese). On the bright side, everyone in our party enjoyed their food. The ahi salad was great. Overall our bill was pretty high, in my opinion.

1) Made a reservation and were told to wait 4-5 minutes and we waited 15 before going up and asking they clearly forgot that we had a reservation as they seated many people after us 2) even though we specified they brought appies and entrees out at the same time 3) waited 10+ minutes for cutlery there was none at the table so food was not hot by the time we ate

Even with the reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes, and there were open tables available. Seems as though they need to hire more wait staff as the food took over an hour from time of ordering. Then our dessert was given out to someone else, so that tacked on another hour for it. I’m just not a fan out the 3 hour dinner experience.

My burger was a bit rare I prefer it to be medium, my buddy had a spot of mold on his sandwich bun, no big deal, the manager was going to knock off a bit from the bill, but I'm not sure if he did or not I didn't pay.

The Chicken Alfredo tasted Iike it was from a frozen dinner. The service could have been better. Never came back till at the very end to see if we wanted refill on beverages.

Had reservations, hostess made a mistake (it happens, yes) but she was extremely rude and offered no apologies. Restaurant was busy, but no excuse to have appetizers arrive AFTER dinner entree. Dinner entree was cold (1 guest’s dinner was hot and one was cold) and after getting nowhere with server asked to talk with mgr who was more concerned with other conversations around him rather than helping us rectify this situation. We’ve never had great service here, but never bad enough to stop going. This, however…..wow.

It was a delight to be served by Saturday. She is young, personable and competent waitress. She took the time to engage with us and make sure she took our order accurately. We found the restaurant between 6:30 and 8:00 PM to be very noisy and on the slow side for delivery of our drinks and main meal. On the Friday night we were there it was difficult to converse with my wife across a table-for-two due to the noise level. Their menu selection is quite extensive and we always find something tasty. We have eaten there a number of times and still like it.

Everything went great, was seated early. But the rails that separate the tables are dusty which is surprising bc the rest of the place seems to be clean, but it's right at eye level so you can't miss it.

Waiter did not write down order and forgot it. Didn’t bring drinks out until we asked another server. Never came back to check on us so we ended up leaving without ordering more. Dirty dishes were never cleared and our waiter never returned.

Thanks to the over hyped virus, the restaurant was fairly empty. The Chopped Salad was one of the best we've had in awhile, and the Chicken Marsala was very good too.

I had made a reservation online; got to BJ's parking area around 3pm and were instructed as to where to park. Waited in our vehicle until around 3:15p and then went into the restaurant. I young lady was at the podium and said it would be a couple of minutes. We were escorted to a table that was proper distance from other clients and their tables. Service was very attentive and first beverages were served; then the entrees. The two salads were excellent as was the mini pizza. All-in-All it was an enjoyable luncheon and we were happy that we could eat-in and eat/drink rather than having to take the food back home. Thank you for the great hospitality !!

My in-laws were in town from Texas and was hungry after flying all day. I typically get okay food here and wanted somewhere close to home since it was 7 and we have a toddler. This was the first time they actually found my name and checked us in on opentable. We were however told that we would need to wait because we had five people ahead of us. Again, what is the purpose of making a reservation if you have to wait 20-60 minutes. This has happened in the past. Our waitress Carol was SUPER SUPER AMAZING. This was no fault to her. This was the kitchen. We were patient and even my toddler who isn’t even two yet was well behaved. Received our appetizer it looked like a pile of BLAH. We had the Ahi Poke, it literally looked like something pre-made and yanked out the fridge. Waited awhile, an hour went by after getting our appetizer. Three of us received our dishes. Mine and my mother in laws was cold...all of it. How is that when our plates were hot? My husbands burger was hot, his fries super cold. Father in laws sandwich he did the roast beef dip, fries hot sandwich looked like it had been sitting for awhile and was really dry. Daughters Mac n cheese which why would you make a kids dish last...was actually hot and okay. Carol was even kind enough to bring her some fruit and a knot. She asked if we would like something else, we at first wanted to know the eta...said it would take another 20-30 minutes. So she asked if we would like a soup or salad. We both got soups, one got clam chowder, I got broccoli and cheese. Hers was okay, mine looked soooo gross!!! I’ve never seen brown broccoli cheese...over cooked perhaps? Those we had to wait for awhile as well. We picked those because by the time all this was going on, we were ready to just go. She was kind and brought us some bazookies, those were good but we really just wanted to go but she insisted. Like I said, our waitress was amazing! The cook staff needs or needed a lot of help!

The clam chowder was cold. My dates prime rib was way overcooked. The calamari was overcooked as were the roasted vegetables. The fries and double pork chop were good. Very loud and noisy. We were seated right in front which I would've preferred being seated somewhere else. Not a good experience.

I really enjoy coming here and using the app to gain points. I just wish they would teach their staff to confirm reservations after being checked in. Otherwise, staff is always happy and friendly and always enjoy coming here to dine. Lunch is quieter than dinner. If you’re flying solo grab a seat at the bar and enjoy their local beer selection.
