Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Arrived early with not all guests but was seated anyway which allowed us to visit and order drinks. When waiters switched shifts mid-meal made a concerted effort to be sure all our needs were understood and accommodated. Food was delicious hot and served fairly quickly exactly as ordered. After paying bill, we stayed longer to finish or visiting and weren’t rushed out to clear our table.

Don’t know why BJ’s sides are never hot when they arrive and entrees are just warm. Mashed potatoes were very salty. Tho, this seems to be a problem at most restaurants now!

Since it was a large table, the server didn’t feel she needed to really work for her tip and checked on us once during the whole meal

Dinner started off bad, first.... they were out of the Prime Rib dinner special. (which is why we went there) Then after placing our order and then waiting forever for my soup, which never came, mine and my wife's dinner was served. I asked that our dinners be returned to the kitchen so we could have dinner together, and to please serve the soup. The waiter gave a lame excuse saying that they tried to serve the soup sooner but it was sent to another table which told the server they didn't order soup, so rather than trying to figure out which table it was supposed to go to.... well I don't know what they did with it. With all that it was impossible to enjoy our dinners. But.... I do like BJ's and will probably go back sometime.

My experience today was not very good. The food didn’t taste as good as it usually does. Mine was actually burnt a little. My wife’s salad was warm like it had been sitting out while the other meals were being cooked. The sweet tea was not very sweet. And the service was exceptionally slow. We asked for extra ranch for our wings and they sent extra blue cheese. Would have asked for replacements, but it looked like there was only one server working and they have like 12-15 tables and we were hardly able to get her attention. This was not a very enjoyable meal.

Server was the best !! He was polite, attentive, he was the best. The brussels sprouts were over baked, forgot to serve mash potatoes. We ordered a cinnamon bun Pazooki , and it was burnt , nothing like the picture!!!!!!!! It was hard to cut . Not to mention we took our granddaughter to celebrate her 18th birthday. And the worst of it all was the woman’s bathroom. It was so disgusting. The walls the doors inside the stalls the toilets the floor this is something services should come in inspect because this is the worst bathroom I’ve ever seen in a restaurant I would give it zero stars just for the bathroom.!!

First and foremost, we were grateful that the restaurant was open and that there were friendly and courteous staff there to assist us. My only disappointments were the deep dish pizza was all dough, very little toppings for a deep dish. The ribeye steak I ordered medium was not only well done but burnt in some areas. It was very dry, so much so that I asked for A1 sauce for my steak which is sacrilegious to put on a ribeye. I’ve been coming to this Bj’s for years and this was the first disappointing meal I’ve had so I will definitely still be back. Everyone has an off day.

Terrible service . Never got our appetizer. They even said they would take it off the bill and still give it to us . It never came and no apologies were given. Drink never refilled . We went for my husbands birthday and it was disappointing. Food was just ok .

Me and my partner haven’t gone out in ages. Tonight was just amazing. The front people were a bit rude and didn’t not seem to want to be there. It made me nervous thy tonight was gonna be rough. And then we got to our server I forgot her name but she was just amazing. The food was good, she was so sweet and made us feel really comfortable. I’d be back 10/10
