Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Reservation was at 8:45 pm didn’t get called up until 9:36 pm. The first server was great then second one was super slow. Food was good but services wasn’t so great. End up eating at the bar.

Not a good experience. The Order in which our food came to the table was awful. Appetizers & drinks came together & not an issue , however everyones food came completely at different times and there was 6 of us. After 1st meal was served the sencond one came 5 minutes later the 3rd and 4th 5-10 minutes apart the the last two fish and chips orders came 25 minutes after the 1st order. The fact that some of us were done eating when the last two orders arrived for our 2 mother's on Mother's Day made for a really bad Mother's day experience. The mother's ordered fish and chips which was drenched in oil and not good. The pizza had no sauce at all on it just topping. We definitely are disappointed in our experience. Sorry but it is what it is.

I love the diversity of the menu. Definitely something for everyone. Service was excellent and they kept our drinks full.

Had the best overall experience, all of my guests were happy and well taken care of. Nice job BJ's Cerritos, especially on a Mother's Day holiday!!!

From the beginning our waitress had a fave of not wanting to be at work. She asked if we were ready to order and we asked for a few minutes when she came back she asked again but we hadnt decided so she said she will come back. She didnt come back for 10min. Then we placed our order she seemed distracted. We got our food and one of the pizzas order didnt come out. So when she came by we asked her about the other pizza and she looked confused and said she will go find out. 5min later she came back and says they made it wrong so theyre making it again. We couldn’t start eating because the birthday girl whom we were there to celebrate didnt have her pizza. Once her pizza same out 20+ min everyone elses food was cold. As we ate the waitress didnt come by our table once until we stopped her to ask for more water refills and at that time of asking she wasnt giving us her undivided attention she was looking over to another table listening to them complain to a manager. Waitress did ask if we wanted boxes but never asked if we wanted dessert. We asked her to bring us 2 desserts. 5-10min after she brings only 1 out of 2. I then ask her for the 2nd one and her response was “oh, let me go see” Overall service was very poor. Waitress was too distracted

Went for my birthday celebration, party of 10 included 6 kids ages 2 to 15 years old. Great server and service, food was good and plenty of choices for kids. Noise level moderate but not a problem for our group. Will be back again!
