My husband ordered prime rib dinner. Just awful! We ordered my grandson corn dog bites. They were burnt or the grease was old. Salads were good. Salads were ok. Margarita flight was good. Ladies bathroom was awful. Really disappointing.

The Service was topnotch and attentative, are server was good and very aware and attentative to our table. The food was as wonderful as can be. Severed with grace and speed. This location has the best employment and all who work there are topnotch and on their A-game. Definitely a 5stars and always a pleasure.

First time here with my family as we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary.. Loved the experience we had.. Food was soòoooo gooddddd..... We made reservations and we were settled in no time when we got there...You've gained a brand new customer 💜💜

The server we had was good. There was a crowd next to us of about 50 people with about 12 children not being watched. The kids and the parents were so loud. The kids were hopping over the booths. I asked an employee to try and quiet them down some. He told me it's a bar. They are being kids. I told him we were trying to enjoy my daughter's birth day. He did not care. After the horde of people left the manager came over and acknowledged what was going on. She comped a bunch of the meal. That was good. I wonder where she was till that point.

Just an FYI, they don’t take reservations for parties under 8 ppl. I was surprised when I arrived and they told me this. Thus could have been as issue if the restaurant had been busier.

Our server (Adam I think?) was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and did his job very well. Food was great!

Our visit was excellent. The servers were friendly and service was exceptional. I had requested a table close to the door as my guest has trouble walking with her cane and I have some problems walking as well and our table was reserved and close to the door. Our food was delicious and the portions were so large that we both had food to take home for dinner the next day. I'm definitely going back.

Patrons appropriately spaced apart to conform with current COVID-19 guidelines. Food was excellent as usual. Had been looking forward for some time to the Brisket BBQ hamburger and it definitely lived up to expectations. Went on Wednesday for the $10 burger day. Also excellent french fries and craft sodas. Easy to make reservations through Open Table. Short wait time for table to be ready.

Flies EVERYWHERE. I LITERALLY got our food to-go 5 mins after it was brought out to to us because we started getting attacked by hungry flies. We complained but nothing was done.

Server forgot my drink, didn’t get the correct side dish, I can’t eat lettuce and asked for it to be taken off the sandwich which it wasn’t. Food was insanely greasy. It was like we were eating at a Mels except with a high price tag. Took awhile for them to take the drink I never got off the receipt. EVERY time we eat here, take out or dine in, something is wrong or missing. We go once, have an issue, wait a couple months hoping they’ve improved and they haven’t. It’s crazy too bc since they can’t have a ton of people inside you’d think it was easier to complete orders. So we’re just not going back at this point ever.

My Yes I'd refer only goes to people without old folks with them. Too loud for old Hearing aid peeps! I got there later than the 5 other peeps because of traffic and NO PARKING nearby ( Saturday after New Years might have something to do with that!) And not the restaurants fault!!! No service for me for about 15 minutes- then I got water and we then all got the drinks we requested. Great refills for sodas! Soup and wedge salad for 2 of us girls.... both came a few minutes after the hot dishes although my soup was delayed for some reason and was luke warm when I did get it. Dad didn't really care for his chicken chimumura(?) he compared his piece to his friends (who had a bigger piece) . I go to the Natomas BJ's with a girl friend and while it is still LOUD we have a good chat and the food is good. (ps the Ahi tuna HAS CILANTRO in the dressing!!)

Service was poor. It took approx 45 minutes to get our food; and when we did, three of our six meals were incorrect (philly cheesesteak instead of prime rib dip, toast with butter instead of plain, eggs cooked incorrectly). In addition, the food was cold. On the plus side - the manager (I think he was the manager) was very kind and put our order right in a timely fashion.

Really disappointed. Our waitress wasn’t great. One in our group didn’t get his food, “someone else took it out of the kitchen”. So the waitress said she was getting a new one. That took 20 mins... for a burger. When she did bring it, it was the wrong one and she actually argued that it was correct. We went to the manager who was helpful and got the correct food but by then our waitress stopped coming to our table. We couldn’t get refills on drinks, let her know other food orders were wrong or boxes for leftovers . It took almost 30 mins to get our checks. We just wanted to leave.

I would not use open table to book that type of restaurant again. When I got there they did not seem to understand my open table reservation when I told the host. But we got seated. But then I received an email from open table saying it would be nice for me to use the cancel option. I informed them I was there at 6:00 with my party of four. What is was really sad about this it was my 60th Birthday. Dealing with Bjs and then the open table email. I am tired of explain myself on this matter, please don”t ask me about Again. Thank you. Used Open Table for International Smoke Last weekend no problems, even received a birthday card from them.

I like to eat at BJ's restaurants as they always offer the same great consistency. Great restaurant, great food, great service. The Arden Fair restaurant is no exception. I had the Ahi salad, my wife the new Tri-tip sliders. Both meals well prepared, very tasty, and filling. Great beer selection including great variety in their own brand. If you haven't tried BJ's, do so, you will not be disappointed.

After being seated we waited over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. After asking for a waiter/waitress they were confused who was supposed to have our table. Had to ask for silverware after being served, food was cold, wait staff slow to respond. Was not super busy and saw a lot of wait staff standing around several times so not sure the delay in response to simple request like “more water please” which we never got. Very disappointing and especially when we are there for a Birthday celebration.

Our waitress Casey was great, very attentive. Food is good as always. The noise was pretty loud as usual unfortunately. Overall a good dinner.

Taylor was attentive, friendly and so helpful! When my friend and I asked to have our picture taken together, Taylor suggested we go outside. The picture was lovely and we were so delighted to have such a wonderful person take care of us. Will be back soon!
