The Shrimp Shumai is divine; very charming, helpful server! Entrees delicious. Wish we lived closer to be a regular diner, but will make the effort more often.

We enjoyed sharing the small plates and sampling different dishes. Our waiter, Keegan, was terrific -- friendly, helpful, and made good recommendations. If we lived in the area, we would go back!

For Asian food in Chicago, the quality was good but nothing special. We had a 6:15 reservation and by 7 the place was quite noisy, crowded and the service was slow. We were unfortunately asked to pay our tab before dessert came out. The banana wontons were quite good.

Everything was perfect. My friend and I ordered the crabcake slider appetizer and the spicy crab rangoon. They ordered the short rib with the kimchi fried rice for an entree. While I ordered the seafood paella and the bite sushi roll. They order the blueberry lemonade cheesecake and I ordered a strawberry leche smoothie. I can’t remember our servers name, but she was amazing. The portion size on everything is really good for sharing. I absolutely would suggest this place and I’ll definitely be back.

Short rib ramen was fatty and salty. It also included mushrooms which are NOT mentioned on the menu. For $34 I was expecting much more. Bites Margarita was all ice and not even full. Ripoff, for $12. Server could not utilize my open table rewards card and said owner was “too busy” to help resolve. I have been coming here since 2014 and love BITES, but this experience was a big disappointment and I won’t be back anytime soon.

Service was excellent and the food was delish! We were celebrating my late father's birthday and they even brought us a beautiful little cheesecake on the house! Highly recommend this place. The outdoor patio is very pretty, too.

We had a great time here on a double date! It was everyone's first time at BITES. We all chose to order off of the restaurant week menu for our food, and it was all fantastic. We ordered several drinks from the cocktail menu and everybody in our party left happy and with a full belly. Would recommend!

Went to BITES for Restaurant Week. It was fantastic! They had a great menu for Restaurant Week. It was delicious! And the service as great! I will definitely be going back!
