I absolutely love Bistro Vendome. So happy to see them in this new space. The food was (always has been) excellent, and the wait staff are fantastic.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Bistro Vendome on Mother’s Day. Our experience was wonderful, from the food, libations and our server, Doug. We will definitely return.

Our brunch was a wonderful way to celebrate Mother's Day. The food was delicious, especially the fresh, warm bread and the hand churned butter from Normandy, the beignets, the cocktails, and the burger and frites! The service was excellent.

We enjoy Bistro Vendome, which is why we've kept going there, even after it moved to Park Hill from Larimer Street. The food is exceptional and the service good and often quite fun. But over the years, it has kept making the same mistake, which accounts for my less than five star rating. You are occasionally served a dish that looks great on the menu, but when it arrives prompts this reaction: "That's all I'm getting when we're paying $150/person with wine? !!" On our most recent visit it was the scallops dish. When it arrived, we were presented with 3, yes 3, smallish scallops artfully arranged on the plate with a lobster sauce. Another time, our son found himself staring at a plate with one (1) lamb chop (and it wasn't a children's menu...). But I also have to say that the portions on the steak frites were perfect. So it's not a mistake that occurs across all dishes; rather, it is one that appears often enough to give us pause about going back. But as I said, we usually very much enjoy the experience apart from that occasional nasty "value" surprise.

We have been fans of Jennifer's for years. We would come here from Santa Fe to eat at her restaurants. We were not impressed with anything. It was not worth the trip to the eat here. What happened? Moving did not help this restaurant. We were 10 minutes early as I was not sure where we could park. The hostess told us if we did not want to wait we could go down the street to another restaurant. We waited. The food was awful, awful, and awful. I do not now who the chef is but they should be replaced. We used to go to Larimer Sq. and had good food, but there is no comparison. Most of our food was not finished because none of us liked anything. We had been trying to go to this restaurant since it moved but that was out first and last time. Sorry and way overpriced.

Great venue and an exceptional menu, all dishes were delicious. Rare to find a hangar steak and it was grilled to perfection. Escargot and mussels were great too. Outstanding service, just a great evening here.

We had a lovely experience. My brother in law was in for a visit and loves a great food experience. Everyone from the person who sat is to Sarah our server were on point. The meal exceptional. Both my husband and I worked in the restaurant business for a long time so we know when we get great service. We will be back and are so glad Bistro Vendome has moved into the neighborhood.❤️

Bistro Vendome never ceases to amaze me. over the years we have eaten here many times, whether it was in Larimer Square, or more recently in Park Hill. From the moment you walk into the restaurant you feel that you are, genuinely, appreciated by the restaurant staff. The vibe in the restaurant is one of excitement, but not one where you can't here the person next to you speak! We started with the lamb croquettes, followed by the dandilion salad, and then had the pork schnitzel for the main course. Each course was imaculately presented, and the tastes were out of this world. The schnitzel deserves special mention, as the breading was extremely light, and it contained an orange marmalade taste, which was subtle and not overbearing. Our server did an amazing job explaining the little nuances of each item we ordered, and was very quick to make sure that our every need/question was taken care of. All in all a delightful evening and one of our favorite restaurants in Denver!

French cuisine restructured in Kansas City or anywhere in Iowa . Small appetizers over priced. Unimaginative trendy entrees - honey on schnitzel or popcorn on risotto - please. French inspired desserts - forgetaboutit. Service was efficient, professional, congenial and thoughtful. Don’t bother with the cremant d’Alsace - the after taste is bazooka bubblegum. The room was full of happy diners and of large and small parties.

I love love love LOVE movie nights, being able to book and go to one makes my Monday and thus my entire week better. The food, the creativity on the popcorn, the themed cocktail :D if only all movies could be like this ;)

New location just doesn’t have the charm of the Larimer Square setting. Especially the patio. However the food and service continue to be great. We will definitely return.

Hollandaise for asparagus was barely warm and had to send back twice. Chef said it should be 90 degrees. That is wrong. Otherwise everything was delicious.

The food was excellent as was the service. The server was professional, informative and attentive as was the manager. I was happy to see that the restaurant has implemented a salary system that is of benefit to the front as well as the back staff.

A casual, yet elevated brunch in a great neighborhood spot. Had been in before for dinner, and made a brunch reservation while our dog was getting his groom next door. Delicious food and excellent ambiance.

Came here for a date night with my wife. Solid first impression, and the restaurant even accommodated our delay because our babysitter was late—we called ahead. Service was excellent, food was fantastic. Our babysitter delay shortened our visit because we had show tickets, so the staff made sure we had everything including the bill ready to go as quickly as possible. Definitely coming back!

I miss the patio at the old location but love the decor and atmosphere inside at the new location. The food was the same if not better! We loved everything we tried. The service was great--well trained, friendly staff.

Very disappointing evening when the highlight is the bread and butter (which are delish!). My dish, schnitzel chicken was fine but my husbands, the trout and salad was not. Very small piece of fish and weirdly served skin side up. The salad was inedible, beyond salty. When we remarked on that, the waiter replaced and it was even more salty. Our server was prone to disappearing and we had to ask others for assistance. I’m glad they found new lodging a plus for the neighborhood but we won’t be back.

Wonderful restaurant! Service was excellent, The hangar steak was disappointing (2 of us ordered it and both were disappointed in the cut and the temperature of the meat). Others had the bass which was delicious and the table side presentation was great!
