We were pleasantly surprised with the food. It was so good. The sauces were OUTSTANDING. I think the food was delicious. The ambiance is OK. The restaurant is small but cosy and has a casual feel to it. You can expect this vibe as the restaurant name is called BISTRO seems less formal and casual. Anyways, it is delicious. We were not expecting that. I'm sure this restaurant will just get more and more busy as people discover how good the food is there. Way to go Chefs ! For example, the wasabi, was fresh grated wasabi horseradish root, not that powdered prepared wasabi. There was a special sauce brought out for the different sashimi pairings. Nice touch. The staff is quiet and pleasant.

Great service and good. But table and chairs in patio are awkward… they don’t fit - chairs wider that tables.

Spider roll was really good, was hesitant to try as I do not normally order tempura and the roll had tempura in it, but it was well worth it. Eager to try more rolls here!

This is my good to place for sushi for over 15 years. The quality of fish excellent and prices are amazing. They use very little rice on the rolls (the way it should be) so there is a nice balance of fish and rice.
