Service was impeccable. If you get David as your server, you’re going to have a great dinner for sure. Best server I’ve had in a very long time. The Heluka Ribs are a must order. Your taste buds will agree. The Sakura Farms pork chop was insanely good and perfectly cooked to be juicy and tender. My girlfriend had a surf and turf special that she was raving about the whole way home as well. They also have an in house pastry chef that makes the desserts. The key lime pie was perfectly made. We will be returning to try more entrees at a later date. We highly recommend stopping here for dinner.

We had a lovely time celebrating my husband's birthday - the server was attentive but also gave us the space to celebrate. We were lucky enough to sit on the terrace with a great view. The food and drinks were delicious and definitely save room for dessert - the pastry chef is a genius. All in all an excellent day and we will definitely be back!

Am a local and I have been coming here since the opening and the place used to consistently be the choice in Summit County East. Would love to see the same attention to detail as in the past. Pasta seafood dishes were not enjoyed by the two out of six that had the entree. Love this place and people. Am routing for a refocus and rekindling of what was great.

QUICK REVIEW: Nice view, Great service, Cuisine better than expected. Solid 4.8 Stars. A very nice surprise in Summit County. Highly Recommend. Yes, we will be back. LONGER REVIEW: We are Colorado locals, but this was our first time to Bistro North. Based on reviews, decided to give it a try. SERVICE: Seated promptly at reservation time at a booth by request. Great view. Julia - our main server - was Awesome. She was there when you needed her, with a great attitude and advice. Picked entrees based on her recommendations. Nice job! FOOD and COCKTAILS. Had a couple of glasses of Reds by the glass. Nice selection for a ski area Bistro. Crispy Shrimp for appetizer. Scottish Salmon and Bison Short Ribs for entrees. The short ribs literally fell off the bone - one of the best entrees I have had in a couple of months. All perfectly cooked, and nothing left on the plate, and we are not big people. Very tasty. The flourless Torte to share at the end - all gone. OVERALL: Bistro North was a pleasant surprise. Best restaurant in Dillon. Highly recommend. Only minor downside was the entertainment in the bar area was just a bit loud, but that is a minor gripe. YES, we would go back.

We had a 7:3 reservation on a Friday night, walked in and out table was ready and set. Drinks, apps, dinner and dessert were all excellent!

Great food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had two people at the table with Celiac and they had a large number of options.

A nice place recommended by our guide from Good Times Adventures. Perhaps we arrived with some assumptions and overly high expectations. We were a little early for our reservation and were waiting for a table for two when a walk-in table for two was seated immediately. We'd later find out they were given our table when we were seated at an unplated/menued table. Nice atmosphere, nice ambience. Caesar salad was good. Elk rack was delicious on the fringes and raw on the bone. My daughters pork chop was fatty yet overcooked. The waitress was fairly nonexistent but nice. We paid $210 and left. I'd go back but order food less demanding of delicacy. I couldn't help but comparing the experience to my home towns Annie Guns and concluding my money would have been better spent there.
