We love this location and the staff is always lovely. The food hasn't been very impressive in this past year though. Chicken is always dry and chewy. Salad dressings even just seem off. Won't be returning for awhile. It's too expensive to not be perfect.

Mother’s Day brunch menu was ‘stripped down’ as our chatty waiter told us, due to it being their busiest day of the year. Ok, but there was not even an omelette on the menu, but they did add an eggs Benedict with salmon & a hint of lobster for $45.00. It was not near as busy as it has been in recent years so the bare minimum selections of the brunch menu seemed unfounded.

Bistro Chef Henry has knocked it out of the park...The new pastas are fantastic..especially the rigatoni with pancetta..artichoke appetizer is a must..Snapper special was excellent..and service and mgmt, Michael B make it a super fun gastronomic experience..

Bistro 31 is one of our favorite places to dine in Dallas. We stopped in for a late luncheon. We shared the Escargot Persillade along with a glass of wine just to get the show on the road. Just amazing. I had the Dover Sole. Fabulous! She ordered the Roasted Chicken and was in heaven! Callie was our server. She was outstanding. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

We were seated right away, the dining room is beautiful and our waiter was attentive, fun and knowledgeable. We had a fabulous birthday celebration and are so happy we chose Bistro 31 as our venue, top-notch all around.

Owner makes his way to welcome each guest at their table. Waiters are professionals! Always a treat to enjoy a meal there. Very classy joint!

Great experience! Took my mom for lunch. The only hiccup was the server was too quick to clear the table and left my mom holding her bread and nothing to put it on. Other than that, everything really was great.

Nothing to complain about except that the (one) giant pepper grinder is long past its amusement life. Everything else superb. Like a well oiled Swiss watch, no fuss, no drama just good old fashioned dining. Always a pleasure to visit.

The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.

They were happy to accommodate a change in our reservation. Our sever, Alessandro, was informative, professional, attentive and very knowledgable. All of the food was excellent. Very nice dining experience.

We had attentive service, delicious food, and the best part was we didn’t feel rushed out of there. The drinks were delicious as well. We checked out their new bar upstairs - beautiful space with a festive private room as well.

This place like all of the Lombardi restaurants have achieved something that is so rare post COVID. Great food, great service and fantastic value. You feel like family here. Highly recommend for dinner or brunch/lunch.

Beautiful little spot and service is impeccable. The food didn’t quite offset the higher prices, but location and service do what’s missing. Very loud inside and they left the door open on a rainy day so it was a bit muggy inside. But the ambiance and people watching is too fun to miss this spot.

Food was good. Presentation was good. Server was good. We were celebrating our anniversary and even we added to the reservation but it wasn’t even mentioned at dinner by host or server. Normally in other restaurants they give you either champagne or dessert.. just a nice touch.

Service was great. Ken was very helpful and attentive. The food is good and well priced for lunch. I had the lobster salad and my guest has the risotto special (lemon parm w/ scallops). She didn’t like the edible flowers on it and honesty don’t think those were needed. The indoor/outdoor seating was nice but it was a super humid day so would have been better to keep separate. The almond milk vanilla latte was delicious!

Our reservation was for 5 pm on Easter Sunday. The waiter took our drink orders. I asked for a rye Old Fashioned and he brought a glass of rye. I pointed out the mistake, he came back with a half glass of old fashioned. It was good, but small. He took the salad orders and got one wrong. For my main course, I ordered the sous vide lamb special. It came out dry and not very warm. It didn't have much flavor. It was probably better if you got it at noon instead of 5 pm. The side vegetables of string beans wrapped in bacon were dry. We skipped desert.

Entree pasta special with just mid. Fusili dish with slice sauce had little flavor. Mushroom ravioli nice presentation, but served lukewarm. Reservation indicated we were celebrating a birthday which no one acknowledged. Service was good. Felt a little rushed.

It’s just the best restaurant to go. Lunch, dinner, brunch. It doesn’t matter always so good. I’ll put this restaurant up against restaurant in the United States. Service is immaculate (my favorite part). Their food is always. The leg of prosciutto sitting out on a carving machine is chefs kiss.

The restaurant was under construction and we were stuck outside and it was pouring the rain. We should’ve been alerted about the construction. It was my birthday so not the best ambiance. I love Bistro so a little disappointing for this visit.
