We love Bistro 31. It's always great. The food and service are top-notch. Our friends who were from out of town loved the restaurant.

Our waiter Gabriel was excellent. Prices are high. I.e. $28 for a bowl of pasta. The place is nice but small and the tables are a bit crammed.

The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this restaurant.

Le restaurant était vraiment bien cependant pour trouver du stationnement cela a pris 20 minutes et nous suggérons aux gens de se stationner plus loin dans les rues car le restaurant est situé dans un petit centre d'achat extérieur et les places sont très limitées donc éviter ce stationnement. Mais pour le restaurant c'est très intime et avec un beau charme. Félicitations à toute l'équipe du Restaurant !!!

Ivan was an excellent server and made our visit a memorable experience. All of our entree's, Salmon, Filet Au Poivre, and Linguini were all very well made. Ambience on the patio area was terrific, lighting in the dining room inside was a bit to bright but still nice. Good job

Our server, Eric, was phenomenal- he catered to us so beautifully and was one step ahead on everything. Chanel 31 Champagne Cocktails were delicious- we had the crispy artichoke appetizer and escargot- the artichoke appetizer was prepared in an unexpected way and very good. I was a little disappointed on the escargot- it didn't knock our socks off. I'm used to more garlic deliciousness and it just lacked that flavor. All of our entrees, were delicious- my friend had the roasted chicken, my other friend had the risotto special and I LOVED my lemon linquini with prawns. Eric even spiced it up for me, which I thought took it to the next level. My friend celebrating her birthday didn't feel like desert yet I asked Eric to still bring the cheesecake (her fave) and the olive oil cake- both were fabulous and we finished off both! It is very loud and lively in this restaurant but we didn't mind- great crowd and the energy was enjoyable. We plan to go back for brunch in the future!
