Sea bass was over cooked and dry. The draft beer was not cold. We were in the upstairs section and it was so load we could not hear each other across a small table.

First time at Birk's. We went to celebrate my birthday! The food was great and great service. Our server Kenneth was amazing. Very friendly and funny. We will definitely be going back.

We were a party of 8 celebrating with goods and family. Our server was very patient with us while we took our time ordering. Most in our party ordered the filet mignon and creamed spinach. If you have never tried Birk's creamed spinach, it's a must. We skipped dessert since the dinner was so filling. I recommend Birk's for the quality of their food and great service.

All dishes were prepared well and decent portions. The pistachio crusted Sea bass and sauce was very tasty for a steak house. Excellent service and presentation. Only downside restaurant is on the expensive side for items.

Some restaurants tend to sour a bit with age. We remember how good a visit was only to discover a few months later that the quality isn’t what it used to be. And then there those rare cases where we revisit a restaurant that we remember as being “good but not great” only to discover how much the entire experience has improved. Such was my impression after dining there last night. I haven’t had a steak this good in a very long time. Dare I say the entire experience actually went from good to great. Everything we tasted, from starters to salads to main courses was uniquely rich and uniquely flavorful. Now that I set the bar this high for myself, I will see if a future revisit lives up! :)

First time dining in this great restaurant. We had $35 2 course prime rib special sets. And a sea bass $42 dish. Prime ribs are awesome. So are mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Sea bass was not very tasty to my taste. Tomato flavor is overpowering. Overall, nice place.

I accidentally reserved the date incorrectly and the restaurant still accommodated my party of 13! Food is always amazing as well as the staff! I highly recommend this place. The fillet mignon was delicious with garlic mashed potatoes, crab cakes and calamari, steak bites, garlic, fries, sooo yummy!!!

Wonderful! Always! Staff is kind and welcoming. Food is great. I've been eating here for several years. In fact, they are celebrating their 35th anniversary and I recall being invited for their 25th anniversary party! Thank you Birk's Team for your dedication and service.

Started with one of the best old Fashioneds I have had (maple aged old fashioned) while sitting at the bar. Also got the calamari which was good and tasted fresh. Dinner my wife and I split pork chop (comes with 2) and a 10oz filet mignon. Both came with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, both were delicious. The steak we ordered medium rare, I thought it was slightly under cooked and the pork chop we got medium and it was slightly over cooked. Luckily even though not cooked perfectly still both very good! Service was nothing special but not bad by any means. Will certainly be going back.

Service is ok. I take a look around. It looks like all servicemen are a little discriminated with Asian. All of the tables with white people will be with better service. They will have hot bread ready for them. However, on Asian table, no bread will be served until we have to ask twice. Appetizers are perfect, but main dishes are a little salty.

Blackened ribeye was delicious and truly enjoyable entrée. They also enjoyed the smoked prime rib, which was pretty darn tasty too. Good service and we truly enjoyed our meal.

Too much upsell and water was $10/bottle. I felt deceived that we were not clearly offered tap water. $40 for water?! My steak was tough and the outside was charred on the brink of burned. After dining at superior steakhouses such as Bern's in Tampa, Birk's was an overpriced disappointment.

Good food. Professional service. Food is good though the menu is pretty limited beyond steaks. Very loud. Can be tough to have business meetings at Birk’s because of the noise level.

Service was poor. Not like Birk's. Slow! Took long time to get cocktails. First time they have been this poor, maybe because of weather and Holliday. Over six hundred dollars for dinner of 4 (90 dollar rib eye bone in steaks).
