Le bar-restaurant Birch’s a officiellement déménagé au bord du lac ! Ce bâtiment emblématique accueillait autrefois le Hansen House dans les années 1960 avant de devenir le Billy’s Lighthouse, lieu de prédilection pour les nombreux habitants de Long Lake et de ses quartiers de la banlieue ouest. Il est resté à l'abandon depuis 2006, jusqu'à sa nouvelle reconversion par le restaurateur local Burton Joseph et le maître brasseur local Brennan Greene. Le Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse & Supper Club vous propose à tous un guichet unique pour des expériences sensationnelles.     We celebrated our anniversary. The ambiance was great! I had their fillet and my wife had salmon. The food - EXCELLNT! The server (through conversation) discovered that we were celebrating our marriage and comped us a dessert. It's one of our favorite places and we will go again!!

    The Turkey Wild Rice burger was delicious with the right mixture of rice vs Turkey. The crinkle fries of course done to perfection...guilty pleasure! Enjoyed the Bloody Mary however, thought there could of been a touch more Vodka in it. I especially appreciated being seated by the window as that had been a request a- I was celebrating a friends Birthday. Our waitress was attentive and the water glasses were always filled. Time and time again Birches does not disappoint!

    Came for brunch after church. Great atmosphere and view of the lake. Food was amazing and the Bloody Mary bar is a must!

    The manager, Jeff (we asked the host stand for his name), was so kind and caring towards my family and I throughout our meal. We brought our baby, Lincoln, to dine with us and Jeff took a genuine interest in making us feel welcome and comfortable. That kind of service does not go unnoticed!!

    Ambience was lovely and quiet as we were there during the middle of the afternoon. This was our first time at Birch's. We felt welcomed by the host, however our server was not engaging, not personable and was not 'warm' (no eye contact, checking up on us, etc.) We actually felt as if we were bothering her.

    Great service and atmosphere Food good just a bit expensive for what it is Example the surf and turf that came with potato and veggie was 75 dollars for that price include Soup , salad , bread and dessert Everything is sale was great ! Good cocktails too

    Great food, excellent service and a fabulous view makes this a fantastic option for brunch or any meal. I highly recommend the Corn Arepa salad!
