Step into the hidden world of Bijou Drinkery Room, a speakeasy within L'oie Foodie Rooftop.

Inspired by the Bijou Cocktail, invented by Harry Johnson, "the father of professional bartending”, its name evokes three glittering jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby and chartreuse for emerald. Its recipe is also one of the oldest in the manual, dating back to the 1890s.

Bijou, the Drinkery Room where vibes & music along with cocktail gems blend up together and become a whole new atmosphere and experience. A place where the unusual meets the unexpected, where history meets innovation and where drinks have been crafted to challenge your senses & beliefs.

Bijou features 6 signature drinks, an interactive and playful cocktail menu, astonishing finger menu and our magical mixologists whose speciality is creating one of a kind concoctions based on flavors, evocations and sensations.

What an amazing bar and experience. Communication was superb before arriving to the bar. The bartenders were excellent, the drinks were unique and amazing. This experience was above and beyond some others across town which you need to book weeks in advance …..

Spectacular experience! From the minute you arrive the service is extremely friendly, and as a poor Spanish speaker, all of the staff spoke pretty good English. Recommend trying one of their specialty cocktails before diving into some of the creative drinks. The talent of the bartenders is incredible, their ability to execute on drink after drink with tricky combinations was impressive, it felt like each drink had been refined over time, not just made on the spot. You come for the drinks, but stay for the service. We ended up having 4 rounds just because we were having such a good time with the staff. This is a must stop spot in Mexico City that should be spoken of in the same sentences as Handshake and Hanky Panky!

El staff es súper amable, la comida que probamos fue increíble y los tragos son de mis favoritos en la ciudad. Lo único es que las mesas son pequeñas y el asiento es un poco incómodo, pero por el ambiente olvidas eso.

Loved this place. Dalton was insanely talented and had a real love for what he does. We sat at the bar, had a great time!

Me encantó sobre todo la atención del personal, y, por supuesto, los cócteles. Creo que pudieran servirlos en vasos o copas un poco más grandes. El ambiente es muy ameno.
